It was so sad that Barry Evans had a disastrous end to his life. He was an accomplished actor that should have gone on to much better things. I first remember him in the film, 'Here We Go Round The Mulberrybush.'
All the characters were great , if you know about German culture you would enjoy it more . In my opinion all of them were great , and it was the greatest comedy show ever produced by I.T.N. . ❤
@@humayunkabir9279 I'm agree with you.. All the characters are at their best.. Every episode have their own storyline each character... I still remember Anna Schmidt episode where her friend from east Germany have to marry English man to stay in the Britain.. It's funny though

The best comedy ever I watch. Never get bored by watching so many times. Become so sad when I think most of them passed away

She was spot-on as a boring German. They are perceived to be boring. I thought she complemented the others very well.
