@@karunaikadal8035 don't get pushed by tamil police movies sir. power should be defined as the greater authority to help the society/public. Eg: Ifs,ias officer welcomes president and ips officer will organise the patrolling in road. This service is to help someone in need like you and me. Police can protect, guard, register complaint and court takes the complete authority of the case. Authority to help the society is the ultimate power. Cinema is not reality sir
