IAS, IPS, I FOREST S officers should only be of CENTRAL POOL, but should not be of STATE POOL as prevailing now as POLITICIANS in governance are playing biased approach which lead / leading to vital GAP in ADMINISTRATION, at different levels. NOC by State must cease to exist. All India Service Officers' postings, transfers, deputation, promotion etc., etc., should only be decided by the Central Government. Apart from the proposed Amendments, India urgently needs new ALL INDIA SERVICE in the name & style of INDIAN POLITICAL SERVICE on the lines of IAS, IPS. UPSC must conduct WRITTEN EXAM + INTERVIEW for this INDIAN POLITICAL SERVICE cadre. First class Graduation Degree in any Subject or a combination of few/several subjects must be the basic basis Educational Qualification. India needs minimum 7500 trained IAS OFFICERS. STATES must not resist these proposed amendments. Present POLITICIANS who are above 70 year's age must VOLUNTARILY STEP DOWN from all types of ACTIVE POLITICS including those PROXYS. India needs honest, un biased & dedicated OFFICERS from present IAS, IPS CADRE + from the proposed (by me) INDIAN POLITICAL SERVICE.. AKHANDA BHARAT ZINDABAD.. ⚖🤝🚩🇮🇳.
