Honestly, even being a person with "normal" sight, I think that is an awesome idea. Whether just to keep up on the wall, or for relatives now that have poor/lost/no sight, or for when a "normally" sighted person just gets old.
@graciethebelle there's actually people who do this! There's people who make 3D bouquet paintings and they're gorgeous I plan on commissioning one when I can afford it plus they're usually more accurate to the bouquet because they match the shape as well

The fact they had an exhibit that was designed for people with seeing eye dogs in mind is truly remarkable. I love that there was so much inclusion at the flower show you attended. Kudos to the people who made that possible 👏👏 Your pressed flowers look amazing and I'm sure they feel all the better 😊 I used to wholesale plants and flowers and was always amazed at all the different textures of flowers and leaves and had to mind my excited hands 🤗 congrats on your wedding and many wishes of love and prosperity for you and your husband 💓💓💓

Fabulous idea and a great way of preserving your memories of your special day I don’t know if anyone does it commercially but for both my sons weddings I preserved a rose petal using liquid silver precious metal clay from the bride’s bouquets once fired & mounted in a shadow frame they have a permanent memory of their wedding days
I misplaced my bouquet. The flowers were fake so i could keep it, but i lost the box somewhere. And i lost the one with my roller blades... my husband is glad of that last one because I am rather clumsy but i haven't found my blades in nearly 4 years

I wish we had more art in general that was „touchable“. I understand that thatÄs difficult due to our body fluids being massive a-hole to most materials over time, but still, touching and feeling something kinda gives you a whole other connection than just looking at it.
tactile art is so lovely. i used to paint a lot of abstract, silly pieces with globs and globs of paint. i'm autistic so being able to run my fingers over my finished art and feel the bumps and brush strokes while seeing the nice colors was so pleasant
