Mera bhi nhi aaya 10 July ko Fill Kiya tha.
Mera bhi nahi aaya 2 जुलाई को फील किया था
Itna badhiya koi nhi samjhata Jai ho guruji
Last year it took 7 months to get the refund.
There is no fix timeline from IT department to process the refund post the filling . It is very poor process and it shows how loyal our government and IT department for the tax payer.

Jab maine 2023-24 wala return file kiya tha last year to refund around 65 Days mein aya tha, aur jab maine 2022-23 wala file kiya tha to refund aane mein 10 months lage the. Dono ITR 1 the. Ab dekhte hain 2024-25 wala refund aane mein kitna time lagta hai .

refund of Rs one lakh on LTCG and not on tax paid for LTCG it means if I have sold shares with a profit of Rs 1 lakh this will be exempt from tax and the rest will have to be paid?
