A Super Senior Citizen 82 yrs , ITR-2 of ₹ 1.36 crores Gross Income, Pension,Arrears of Pension,FD + SB Interest e-Filed, e-verified with Form 10e for 89 relief on 13/07/2024 was processed on 04/08/2024 and Refund of ₹ 12.81 lakhs + ₹ 32K Interest u/s 244A was given. Refund is awaited as on 07/08/2024 in bank.

Defective wagerah kuch nahi hai itr. ......hua ye hai ki employers ne sabke Form 16 new regime se bana diye hain jisme 80C, 80CCD1, 80CC2 jaise deduction ko show hi nahi kiya gaya hai, jabki ye sabhi deduction eligible the (in old regime). Lekin log itr old regime se file kar rahe hain aur ye deductions bhi usme claim kar rahe hain, jo ki form 16 se match hi nahi ho raha. To sabke account se claimed deductions ko tally karaane me time lag raha IT department ko. In conclusion, ye sab old regime aur new regime ki shifting ki wajah se hone wali mismatching ki wajah se delay ho raha.
Are nahi sir 80C, 80CCD(1) new regime m available nahi tha.
Form 16 m koi dikkat nahi hai aapko kisi ne galat information di hai.
@@FinTaxPro mera khud ka form 16 new regime se bana hai jisme 80C ka PPF, NPS ka 80CCD(1), 80CCD(1b) aur 80CCD(2) ke column me "0" entry hai. Kyuki Inka new regime me koi kaam nahi. But mai old regime opt karke claim kiya hu sabhi deductions.

I think the main reason is because the previous returns were filed as per old calculation and they are processing the Returns as per new calculation
No you can opt for old regime

I am a super senior citizen and I filed ITR2 on June middle. I have not received Refund nor 143(1). The fact is Government has complicated Tax filing with Schedules 112A etc.

Demand due means you will have to pay additional taxes. If there is nothing on the intimation order then chill 😅

Itr processed and refund issued but failed.reason given is pan not attached to bank account.fir many years we are receiving refund but last two years refund sent is failed due to above reason.reissue of refund request sent but same reason is given that pan not linked.our pan is linked and bank account authenticated.

I had filed ITT 1 on 2nd June 24, till 22nd June ITR was under Reproceessing and still showing the same till today, even after raising grievance , position is still the same. Any solution in getting the refund soon as I have not got any notice also

100 rupees ke andar refund hai toh woh next year mein adjust hojayega shayad.
Any Demand or Refund below Rs. 100 is ignored. That is adjusted in Future Years.

There should be deadline for government as well for refund.
There is deadline of 31.Dec.2025 for AY 24-25 as per section 143(1).
Bahut pahle ek ad. Hua karte thi , uche log uchi pasand. Aaj iska ulta palta hai. IT mein kya kahate ho bhai logo?
