- Here's my warmup routine. There are many great ways to warmup, this is just what works for me.

thank you, it didn't hurt today, so I threw some long forehands carefully. seems to be ok. maybe it's not good to exagerate all the time with distance throwing, but to progress continously.
my right shoulder hurt a bit after last tournament, but got better as I let it rest and did some careful training with weights. your special warmup for upper body helped too, as well as watching on a good backhand technique (fluid movement, lot of snap) did.
keep up the good work, we learn a lot from you!

Good thing to talk about warming up! Very important if you don't want to hurt yourself!
Still, this is only a very short warm up program. In our team we also do jumps and sprint variations and lots of other stuff...

Running does warm up your legs. And stretching before the game is counter productive. Many studies show that it weakens muscles and actually makes injuries more likely. All you should do is warm up and then do dynamic stretches, not static stretches.
@FlosWeisheiten Its only Part 1...i didnt really think making a 15 min warmup video was going to be watchable...this is already a little long i think...but your def right there is a lot more than just this

I would suggest if it doesn't get better in the next few days to def go check it out. I haven't had any problems with that finger hurting so u might have injured it somehow bro!

Yup, hate the shoulder pains from just going out and throwing frisbee cold... of course I do this on the road with my band whenever we have a rest stop or just bored from a 9 hour drive and do an hour frisbee session...

Question Brodie. When I attempt to catch a disc in the air (offense or defense), sometimes I am not in the best position to snatch it because someone is already in front of me. Is it legal to go for the disc even though it means pushing your body through the other person (in the air)? Like in basket ball how they go for the dunk even though they need to push their defender (while in the jump).

don't want to bother you, but my middle finger hurts from throwing to many long forehand (flick) hucks, even though I kept the index and the middle finger tightly together...
should I go and see the doctor? did this ever happen to you, or anyone else?

..... what about leg warm up?? as a receiver you get wayyyy more leg injuries from not warming up the legs rather than upper body... should add a video for leg warm ups bro

Nothing with the legs? I know frisbee is a lot of throwing and catching but there's also just as much running too. I think it might be a good idea to warm up/stretch your legs along with the 10min jog at the start of your warm up. Other than that good video.
