Thank you too!
Moikka! good to see you here again Aleksi I've been following you for a long time I've been in Tampere visiting friends and at the puntala rock festival thanks for all information! i love Suomi!
That's awesome!
Good stuff!
Glad you enjoyed it
Exciting!
Good stuff! 😃🙌
Welcome back dude.
Yeah thanks!
Glad to see you back Alexi. 👍Is this only possible while your living bin Finland or can you start from another country?
Thanks! This works in Finland only, unfortunately. After you have registered your address and online banking codes, you can start using this.
Hey! Welcome back and thank you for the video :)
There is the question: would this service work with rent bills? For example, I'm renting someone's apartment, not the company, and paying bill, that was written in our contract, without any announcements. Thanks in advice!
Thanks!
That's a good point. You can only pay invoices on Mobify. If you are renting from a private person, then you unfortunately can't pay the rent on Mobify. That is because rent's done this way are paid with a simple bank transfer. If you were to rent from a company, like Sato or Lumo, then it would work.
Great video bro. Coukd you make a video about building credit in finland?
We don't have such system in Finland. When you move to Finland, you have "no rating". When you live here for two years, you'll have "good standing". You can lose your credit rating if you ignore a bill for two long.
@@AleksiHimself i see. Here in america you need to build credit to get low rates when getting a loan or mortgage. So does everyone get the same rates?
Banks assess each case individually by looking at income and costs. If your finances are stable and predictable, banks will see less risk and give you better rates. You can also negotiate and ask multiple offers from different banks to lever better offers.
@@AleksiHimself thanks Aleksi!
Sir, i really like your content! @Aleksi Himself: I have some questions as i want to buy a lakesideproperty in Finland to come and visit a few times a year and do outdoor stuff and maybe rent out. Will people hate me because i am german? What are the hidden cost and duties that come with a property in finland? The price is soo cheap it looks like fraud. Kainuu region. Best Regards, I would really appreciate a small answer from you :)
Thanks for the video! I’m wondering what is Mobify’s profit from paying us money for our bills.
Good question! They make money with the Financial Accounts (fees + interest) + the premium account which costs 2.99€/month. They also earn using the affiliate stores of the Marketplace feature.
if i baught a iphone 14 from finland helsinki and i don't have a credit or debit card i baught the phone from my friends cards so i can get tax refund???
Can you make a video on saving money in Finland with fixed deposits and compound interests?
It is maybe a bit too niche topic but I can share some info here. Many banks offer interests (non-fixed and fixed) with different rates. Some good foreign options to look into is Svea and Bank Norwegian. Interest is subject to tax- at-source which is 30%.
Seus vídeos são legais, saudações daqui do Brasil 🇧🇷🤝🇫🇮
Thanks!
Hello, how can I delete the account for good? It seems not working well . I tried to confirm with my internet banking but it keeps saying my ID is used already, and i could not move further to any extra step.
Try reaching out their customer service
Can I pay the bills of others like my wife's bill from my account?
Yes you can. As long as the bill details are correct, it doesn't matter who actually pays them.
It's "not available in my country". But I'm in Finland? 🤔
That's weird. At which point did you get the error?

everything in finland is expensive?
Depends what is expensive for you.
can I pay rent for apartment owner from this and get bonus?
If you rent is paid with an invoice, then yes. If with a regular bank transfer, then no.
