Sir I am a BP patient and use medicine exforge and I am also patient of type 2 sugar and use nova rapid pen22 unit morning and evening near 7 o'clock 22 unit nova rapid and after 2 hour use 1.8 unit vicktoza and 24 unit lantis in shape of pen my open heart operation done Nov 2015 but I am not feeling well my hbaic comparatively 10.2 and 9.4 and now 8.2 but I have to face the problem of great difficulties regard sleeping problem no 2 uncontrolled blood sugar take daily morning one tablets xenglue12. 5plus 850 MG no concor 2.5 MG no 3 loprin 75 MG no 4 explented 10 MG no 5 Glucophage 500 MG morning and evening no6 alp ang so no 1plus 1 neight kindly advice and suggest medicine if necessary Thanks

میں دس سال سے شوگر کا مریض ہوں مگر انتہائی سخت ڈائیٹ کرتا ہوں جسکی وجہ سے ہمیشہ HBA1C 4.5 رہتا ہے اور pancreatitis بھی ہےfarting sugar نہیں کنٹرول ہو رہا کونسی میڈیسن لینی چاہیے
