Thank you!!! I have been struggling with the print settings and thanks to you I FINALLY have it!
Awesome!
Great video thanks for sharing.
awesome hack and that image is beautiful
I posted another video where I did it with inkjet regular ink and it turned out better. Even after washing it, it looked the same. Check it out! ❤️
Thank You for your instruction as I have just purchased this brand and wanted to get the placement correct in my sublimation printer. You are the best….. Thanks again for your Awesome teaching❤
You are very welcome!
Love the shirt. Great job💗💗💋💋💎💎💎
Ty so much!
Hello. Love your video. I have the same type printer I converted to sublimation. I’ve been using DTF Yamation 11x17 for months. Worked great. However just recently my printer for some reason now jams! And if I finally get it to print, the image does not come out I full - it looks like a bookmark yet without the full image. I’ve checked my printer and software settings and updated my printer driver. I’ve never had this problem and hope you can advise. I’ve wasted so much Yamation film trying to figure out what happened.
what time and temp did you do
I enjoyed both DTF videos and just orders the product you’re using. Did you like the sublimation or ink jet version better? I have both which is why I’m asking. Thanks
That is awesome! The inkjet felt like it bled into the shirt like sublimation. So I like the inkjet better.
Paper type plz color settings
I bought some glossy DTF paper with a inkjet printer did I do something wrong?
Hello you are in Dallas so am I. Waxachachie. My question is do you teach classes one on one . If so how much do you charge. I really want to learn .I thank you did a great job.
Ty so much! I am, I'm in Addison. Which machine do you have?
Can I use regular sublimation ink to print on the film or do I need special ink?
Yes, I've done it with both
can you share the link to where you got the film and power from
Both are in the description. It will take you right to it
just to be sure You said that you are using your Sublimation printer doing the DTF. I thought we could only use the inkjet printer doing DTF. if that is the case I have sawgrass 1000. That would be awesome if I can use it.
No the preference for the DTF Hack is sublimation
Can you do this with inkjet printer?
I tried it and it worked on light white and light only
@@dorisedwards58 light what clothing?
@@_Boogiebot yes, remember there is no white ink with inkjet printing so it will not show up on dark colors
Have you used the dtf on black tshirts? And parchment paper?
This I a DTF Hack and it doesn't work on dark colors
Thank you! I have been trying to find a hack to use on dark colors. Everyone claims it works on darks. I tried one on a navy blue sweatshirt, and it didn't show up
@@yourslottybestfriend4355 it doesn't work unless you have a printer with white toner
Someone did it on white htv vinyl
Hi, I wish I could join you on Facebook but mines was hacked a year ago and I can't get in, but I am going to look you up on CZcams and join you, Thank You so much!
I'm sorry to hear that! Welcome to my CZcams channel!
Hi question will it work on any sublimation printer?
It should, but I have only tested it on mine.
@Doris Edwards Thanks I have both sublimation and the hp 7740 printer. I'm gonna try both this week to see. Thank you so much
@@tinamassey9034 Awesome!
I keep getting pizza wheels with the DTF. It doesn't do it with sublimation paper. Any way to fix this?
Some people tape u
a plain white sheet of paper on the back side of the dtf before they print. I hope that helps
@dorisedwards58 tried that tonight...lol..Didn't help. My inkjet doesn't do it but my sublimation printer does. :(
How did the wash & dry turn out
It washed fine. I've washed it more than 10 times and the design is still there.
@@dorisedwards58First of A BIG THANK YOU FOR YOUR POSTING OF THE 2 VIDEOS ON DTF HACK W/ The Inkjet Printer!!! It was a God gift to me because I've been wanting to do sublimation designs for years. I actually stop do T's because I wanted that quality. You were the first one that I have seen doing DTF Hack and I was like yes! Thank You God🙌🏽 So thank you very very much!!!
And 2nd, your DTF HACKS (both of them) have been with the Yamation Film & Powder & Printed out with your Inkjet Printer not your sublimation ink right?
@sophiajones320 I did sublimation ink on one tutorial and inkjet on the other. I used yamation on both, but I have also used a different brand as well.
@@dorisedwards58 Ok. So the Yamation products printed w/ the inkjet printer, how did it was & dry? Did u test it Mis Dorise?
Why do her face have 2 shades of brown and do it looks like it’s peeling on her face and hair?
the colors show a bit from under the image just like it would with sublimation!
Next time you should cure the powder..The pet film should peel off very easy.
I put the image under the heat press to get it to melt, if that's what you mean. I just received this product today, so I'm still testing what works versus what doesn't
@@dorisedwards58 did the powder melt to a surface that looks very similar to an orange peel? Then press to the shirt. If not put it in the oven at 320 for 45 secs. Or if you have a heat gun that will do as well. I’ve put them under the heat press before but it never melts good enough.
@@dorisedwards58 when you say put it under the heat press to melt. Do you you mean before you pressed it to the shirt? If not that needs to be done so you won’t have any issues peeling the film off when you press it to the shirt.
@@crcdesign9886 No it didn't! I'm going to grab a few shirts today from Walmart and I'm going to try what you have suggested. Thank you so much! I'll video tape it.
Do you have to use sublimation to use DTF or can you use regular ink jet ink?
you didn't cure the powder?
What time and temp do you use?
@@dorisedwards58 to cure the powder in the oven I put it at 320 for 1 min.
@@dorisedwards58 to press it on the shirt I use 320 for 20 secs and then press it again with parchment paper for 10 secs after removing the film
@@crcdesign9886 I'm going to try that today
Thank you for sharing this. How do I get the lines out of my prints? I have an Epson ET-2400. Both of my prints have lines in them. It is a brand new printer 🖨️.
Have you cleaned the heads? Also, do a printer alignment. Sometimes you have to do it a few times
Roller marks, can try get off using q-tip before putting powder on, or can you set printer to printing thick paper...that lessens pressure on paper to try pull it through....try photo -matte ....experiment ;)
this is a good tutorial, but I CANT seem to do anything on the second slide, copy paste ? I am lost. Its not the teacher, its me.
can you reuse the film after the first use
No. One time use only
Not that I know of. The inks are no longer wet to receive the DTF powder and most of the ink is on the garment that you pressed it on. I just got this set yesterday, so I am still testing it out.
Is that regular ink jet printer?
Thabk you for the awesome video
@@user-ti1hf5en9s no this one was sublimation ink but I have tried regular inkjet
Thank you
Stay blessed
