2Pac and Dr. Dre were a hip hop match in heaven who collaborated on the massive hit, California Love.
But despite their successful collaboration, their relationship quickly deteriorated, which eventually turned into animosity, with 2Pac dissing his hero on numerous occasions.
2Pac went on to dissed Dr. Dre on interviews and songs, such as 'Toss It Up', 'F**k Friendz', 'Against All Odds' and 'To Live and Die in L.A.'
This is the story behind the pairs feud and why the late rapper, 2Pac dissed the legendary producer Dr. Dre.

Do you think 2Pac was wrong for dissing Dre?
No
Yes, everybody makes Pac out to be a saint or some martyr, he was a great artist but he was toxic and had animosity with damn near every other rapper in the game. His downfall was his own fault.

Eric and Dre' made their peace before Eazy passed. Tupac just trashed Dre' out of loyalty to Suge Knight, mainly. It was Knight that was directing him to badmouth Dre'. Tupac went over the top for Suge Knight because he felt he owed him. Knight bailed him out of prison and bought a house for his mother, Afeni, so Tupac wanted to prove his loyalty. Unfortunately, it would cost him his life. Knight manipulated Tupac.
I genuinely feel like Suge Knight was very careless
On the night when Tupac beated the gang member, they could have atleast carried a single gun knowing that Tupac has triggered a threat upon them
Or could have secured themselves more
But nah Suge didn't do shit, Keefe D called out for the shoot and the rest is history
At the end of the day they did join each other in the studio they have pisc of it.

Thank you for your input Camron. 👍
Dre always seemed like a lil B to me. There’s always been something about him that rubs me the wrong way. & what I find most odd is that people like Jay Z & Dre big up Tupac so much when he clearly didn’t like them
Because they don't make moves and talk based on their feelings. It's all business. Pac is hot so they acknowledge that. They can't deny that he was on the top. Nas liked Pac too and in an interview with Bad Boy that I saw back in the day, the interviewer asked them who their favorite rapper was Mase stayed quiet and in the end said, " Man, Tupac is still my favorite rapper. " Tupac should've tried to work with people instead of getting mad and dissing them on wax. Once it's on wax, that's permanent.
💯💯💯
one thing to note: Dre Produced "Cant C Me" on All Eyez On Me. A lot of people noticed the beat sounded a lot like "What's My Name" By Snoop Dogg with New Piano on it. When Pac had heard that Dre was reusing drums this added to his anger towards Dre as this was the only other song that made it on the album out of the supposed 5 he and Dre had recorded.
Ah thank you for letting us know. I did not know that 🙌
Pac said "Dr Dre, I got a question, if I may?"

You sound like you weren't thought of when PAC was alive...you sound like you're in your 20s
PAC also had an issue with Dre dating Nancy Fletcher.
Oh he did, thank you for mentioning that. I didn't know.
Nancy Fletcher was secretly giving Tupac information that Dr. Dre was biting shit off Pac's scrapped album "Thug Style".
Pac also got mad at Dr. Dre for stealing credit for "Got My Mind Made Up" produced by Daz Dillinger, resulting in an argument between those two in the studio.
Well maybe Dr.Dre doesn't have a problem with 2pac but he is definitely gay. I don't care that he's gay I'm just saying 2pac isn't the only one that said that. Dr. Dre's ex wife with the squeaky voice that can sing very good said the same thing. Not to mention he use to beat the hell out of her because he's not as innocent and pure hearted as you think. I think Dr. Dre was simply scared of 2pac.
She literally denied saying it.
Scared. Scared of what. How scared can a man be when he's fearless enough to walk away from Death Row at it's height and start a new label that churned up Eminem and then 50. Nobody was scared of Pac. He was just too close to Suge and everyone knew that was the wrong way to go.
I believe that 2pac Target and diss Dre it's because of Suge Knight all the drama and the chaos was all Suge Knight 2pac was in a toxic environment because Suge Knight was all about the violence I'm also believe that 2pac would have ben better off if he didn't join Death Row Records that's my opinion
Its messed up dre was taking credit for alot of Hits that he didnt make such as "gin & juice" & "whats my name?" Daz would tell you the same. Dre took his stuff as well. Plus he didnt go to snoops trial.
He pretty much was ran out of Deathrow the same way he was ran out of NWA.
Because Of Suge, Who Else??!!

I haven't watched the video but I know why Pac dissed him. He was mad because Dre didn't come to the court when Snoop was on trial and he felt like Dre didn't put in enough effort into producing songs for All Eyez on Me. If this video is saying it's for different reasons, it's not true.
Stop that bruh PAC was salty because Dre wasn't fucking with him on creating his album. That was Pac whole point of coming to death row remember. If there was no Dre on death row there wouldn't been no PAC.
The Snoop trial was just excuses PAC was creating because he was salty Dre didn't do his album.
@@theetruth8626 Can you read? I said Pac wanted Dre to produce more songs for him. And Pac came to Death Row for one reason, to get out of prison. He would've signed to a country music label if it got him his freedom.

This is NOT the reason as to why Tupac hated Dre . Tupac hated Dre BEFORE coming to Death Row, but played politics and hid the hate .
Tupac disliked Dre for the simple fact Dre (and Snoop, Kurupt) stole from him . Lyrically and Musically . With no recognition given .
When coming to Death Row, he merely put it aside, but, didn’t forget . Upon seeing his disrespect to Snoop, then to Death Row, he merely saw it as an opportunity at revenge .

Honestly, I think the list of ppl 2pac liked would be shorter than ppl he disliked, which is sad.
i always hated 2pac and his big ego
Dre is probably an introvert, he has all the signs
Cause pac was wat better then him
Not like Tupac got para and turned on friends and people towards the end right? Real truth is Tupac really believed he was gangster and Suge kept feeding his ego and Tupac got out of jail as Dre realised he wanted out.
2Pac was like 5'7 and 160lbs. 😂
C'mon guy😂😂 i think the only smaller rappers were Pitbull and the Beastie Boys and all of them are child sized😂
You realized the reaso why Cube never wanna give Pac all his blessings..dude was literally Anakin skywalker that yoda saw every problem wrong with him
Cube was full grown man ever since he stood up to NWA and didn't sign that contract and went solo. Tupac was way too far up Suge's ass, and you know 100% that Cube could never work like that again. He did one verse with Tupac pre-Death Row and that's it.
I really truly believe if Tupac was still alive he would be with Dr Dre aftermath right now he would be his right hand man like Snoop Dogg is just like Eminem and 50 cent. 50 cent is Eminem's right hand man. But I believe if Dr Dre and Eminem was around back then this beef wouldn't have been as bad as it was because they would have had him sit down like they tried to do with ja rule and them.
That would be very interesting indeed. The two legends back making hits together again would be dope.
What happen is Dr dre wouldn't give tupac no a$$ that started the beef
You can't compete Pac with Dre

Were all stolen from Tupac by Dre/Snoop
Whereas Kurupt and Daz stole beats, and ideas of samples from Tupac . Me against the world album was scrapped because of this - alongside biggie stealing ideas from that album too (pre-jail)
Tupac hated Dre, Snoop, Kurupt and Daz - pre death row . But - played politics to further his goal . Once he got power, he started to attack them all .
Again, sadly, Tupac was the ultimate loser . As he started his journey for something, but in the end died for nothing .

Nobody from Deathrow paid homage to Tupac . All used him . Especially Biggie .
It’s like whatever Tupac did, Biggie (or Puffy) did . The rap direction, the music producers (he would ask for beats KNOWING it was for Tupac), the clothes (even the top hat), the East Coast gang sign after Pac did the West - the list went on .
Biggie was super sly, yet portrayed himself as the opposite . He learned from the best - Puffy .
Tupac had every right to be mad at Biggie, every right . But - he should’ve left the entertainment industry .
As it only turned a good soul, evil .
