Fast delivery: It arrived 5 weeks earlier than expected.4. Easy assemblyJust a few cons but nothing major:1. Cheap tin tubes and had flat on first day... but not a big deal. I replaced the tubes.2. Seat is a bit uncomfortable but that's pretty much the same situation with most bikes.3. Seat post is a bit long/high for a smaller size 48 bike - had to saw 2 inch off to fit properly. The lowest setting is too high. The post locking system does not seem to hold well (perhaps because I saw 2 inch off).4. wheels are not tubeless compatible (from what I can tell)

Mein 2006 Cervelo ist steifer leichter und hat eine besser Lackierung als die Canyons von heute. Ich hab schon ein Speedmax Schrottrad-Fahrer mehrmals damit abgezogen. Das einzige was es besser kann ist bremsen aber wer bremst verliert.

You are misguiding your potential customers. In all of these promotion videos of Canyon Ultimate and Aeroad, where you feature pro-athletes, you are equipping these bikes with much longer stems than the bikes that you are selling on your website. A medium-sized frame in both models comes with a 100mm stem, which is way too short for most riders. The overall reach (reach+stem length) ends up ~2cm shorter than other brands in almost all sizes. That's why in most review videos, riders look cramped up on short reach. Furthermore, it is impossible to buy the cockpit with a longer stem from Canyon. So, your customer is stuck with the very short stem the bike comes with. You are selling bikes on which one of the most basic bike-fit adjustment is not possible, even at the expense of the customer.
I'm 182cm and have 2 aeroads. One with a 100mm stem and one with a 120mm, both in size medium. The 120 is too long. The 100mm is perfect. Don't know how one can claim a rider doesn't look comfortable. If anything is misleading, it's the trend to slam and extend bars and raise seats because it looks cool.
@richardjones2236, It's great that you're satisfied. Here are two examples to substantiate my point. The riders in both examples stand at ~182cm tall (although inseam length is the more critical dimension). The new Ultimate model they're using has the same reach & stack as well as the cockpit of the Aeroad, thus leading to the same problem. Both riders appear squeezed, implying that they have the front axle in sight while riding on the hoods. In the first video, there's noticeable power loss due to the upright posture dictated by the short stem.

I'm 182cm myself, with a slightly longer than average inseam. After months of agony, just replaced the New Ultimate M with L. I am much more comfortable, less cramped, especially in the long ride.
