Ive lived in Japan for 28 years but I only watch Thai vlogs as I travel there once a year so i can get the latest as to what is happening. However if you create one that documents your travels in Japan, ill watch it for sure!

I really enjoy your videos. One thing I have noticed about of few of the Thailand travel youtubers ( i wont mention any channels lol) is they seem so fake. You can just tell they are putting on a act and trying to be something they are not. You are very natural on camera and very enjoyable to watch. I really look forward to seeing some of your film work I think you will be great at it !!

Best of luck in acquiring a studio! That sounds awesome. I think the best bet would be the last place in a row beside a shop that closes for the night.
Then you can do the noisier cool music stuff at night with no neighbours freakin out. Or even just a big meeting with lots of people.

Mate if you go to Nepal, Head to The Last Resort. Worked there 20+years ago. Great place to hangout for a few days. Bungy/swing from suspension bridge, heaps of activities etc. great motorbike ride from Katmandu too.

Yeah I had my eye on the pocket, it's an awesome camera, I went with a Sony ZV e10 in the end!
Great video and your upcoming travel plan sound really cool and I will be looking forward to seeing the videos. One word of caution is that if you plan on getting a car in Japan make sure you have a valid IDP. They are very strict about that, and the fine is up to almost $4000 USD Maybe you can't even rent one without it.

I tried that one in Aus, it was nice!
Camera is great, sharp, for talking head stuff and probably things like food focus but think it needs some tweeking for the walking and talking, doesn't seem to be as clear a picture as a gopro or DJI. Just some constructive feedback, good to see you back in the best city in the wrold!
Yeah man I hear ya.. Was my first time shooting a proper vlog with it, still getting the hang of it and the settings etc.. Shot a video today that was much better, should have it dialled very soon, I have a canon background and now using sony so it's taking a little getting used to :)
I used to use Canon for photos as well and switched to a Sony a while back because they are lighter and easier to travel with. I have an older A6000 it does not do 4K video therefore I don't use it for videos@@keisone
Always takes some time to adjust to a new camera, wishing you well on that journey

I'm with you on the monster energy drinks. Like yourself I don't drink coffee so I need to get some caffeine in me. I used to bring them with me every trip until the 7 11 started selling rockstar. Not the same I know but saved lugging 20 cans around in my suitcase. Got here this time and nowhere sells it any more. Any idea what's happened.

Out of all the CZcamsrs you are the only one who goes home when time is up. Just to check in and show your not a coke head or ravaged by std's. And I identify with when you get on the dirt bike and rip around on it. It reinforces all your memories. It reminds you who you are and where you came from. All to recharge your batteries so you can go back to binge drinking. lol
Be honest, does Casey Neistat inspires you? Your way of filming the street scenes compared to the music style is coming really close. Love it! Good vibe. Good luck this year!
