    Hahah people, stop hating her facial expressions!! She's cute and she's actually acting her song, not like most of the opera singers i've seen... And she's so good, she can allow herself to be excentric :P

    i join you my friend. Singing a song doesn't mean give cool poses. She doesnt fear from show her ugly or funny mimics. song tells ugly, funny, interesting things and she adds her soul to song with mimics

    With this amount of projection and control in such a difficult piece, the muscularity involved is intense! Hence the facial expressions. But she is also controlling those expressions, and acting out her part and the same time. Very impressive!

    Bartoli's voice is gorgeous, her face is beautiful, and her expressions are never boring. From everything I've read, she is a joy to work with, something that cannot be said of all world-class artists.
