Thank you for the feedback, I tend to have trouble with getting too much information out and feel like I talk to much lol.
Glad to hear it’s at least useful

I like the ballvalve mount you have on the front of the reels, where did you find those?

So they’re basically just “broom” or “pole” clamps from Home Depot. Lowes sells them too I think they’re about $6 for two of them!

      Home Depot sku: 568117
      Correction, about $3.90 for two

Amazing! We switched to electric reels recently there’s more info on that to come.
Look up Austin Pratt on Facebook to stay up to date with a lot more info

    Why these vs Cox Reels?

correct me if i'm wrong but they don't offer a stainless / aluminum reel. Nonetheless, an aluminum / stainless electric reel....... This video was taken a while ago. Since then, i've purchased 4 18" electric reels. both titan and kings. NO issues at all, over 2 years in the field almost. I just finished a skid build with 3 12" electric reels. Both kings and titans. I'm NOT changing unless they go non-existent.

Thank you for the positive feedback. We have not seen any comparison videos for these hose reels yet, so decided to change that ;)

@@properexteriorHow much hose can you fit on 12” vs 18” ?

    • @properexterior
      @properexterior  Před rokem +1

@@vcash1112 So, we have 300ft of 1/2" 2-wire pressure hose on one of the 18"s. We also have one with 300ft of 5/8" ag line.
another with over 350ft of 3/8" pressure line.
and one last one with 300ft of 3/4" garden hose.
all of those are on the 18" reels.
for the 12" reels, i have about 225ft of 1/2" ag hose.
another one with about 250ft of 3/8" pressure hose
and the last one with about 250ft of 3/4" garden hose.
all of these reels are pretty much filled up and you couldn't fit much more on them!
