It didn’t work for us. It’s been 3 months and my 3 year old is still working on potty training. I want moms to know that you should throw away the expectation that your child will be potty trained in 3 days. Great if it works, but don’t feel like a failure if it doesn’t. I was too hard on myself feeling like I wasn’t training right. Some kids will take more time and that’s totally ok. Even adults take a while to learn new things.
I’m sorry to hear this didn’t work for you! I agree with some other commenters, sometimes kids just aren’t ready when you think they should be. My son showed interest in the potty right at 2, but he was well past 2 1/2 before we even attempted and used this method. I was prepared for the worst because I was SO dreading potty training, which is probably why I put it off so long! ❤️ Hugs for trying though!

Sometimes kids aren’t ready. No need to rush or force things‼️I potty trained my little one at 3.5 in a few days. Waiting until they’re a bit older & verbal is helpful.
MAN DOES POTTY TRAINING SUCK
i thought i was going to potty train my toddler in 3 days and was i wrong! lol took me about 3 weeks! the first week i tried with her underwear and it was a total fail! she just wet them all, then half way through the second week, i tried it with her butt naked, and it started working! but still took a few more days for her to get it. finally by the 3rd week she got it down! but not the poopy :/ that took like another week, but now she has it down, im sooo glad thats over haha AND she didnt wet the bed at night so that was all her, i didnt do anything, im just hoping it doesnt come back when shes older
I just potty trained my 18 months old I used the ‘tiny potty training book’ by Andrea Olson and Omg her method absolutely works. It took my daughter 1.5 day to get the idea of pee and poo goes in the potty then after that we worked on helping her to listen to her body and recognize when she needs to use the potty and letting me know before she goes on her pants it took her about a week until she started initiating her trip to the bathroom without me reminding her it was time to pee, Now she is 19.5 months and she is 90 percent potty train because I still help her with claiming up on the toilet and wiping but she tells me every time she needs to go potty. I highly recommend ‘ tiny potty training’ by Andrea Olson or Oh crap!! Potty train by Jamie Glowacki they both have very similar approach to potty training.
My son is 2 and I'm currently attempting to get him used to the potty. I can get him to be dry all day by putting him on the potty every hour squirting warm water on him and he goes. I am however struggling to get him to poop. He absolutely refuses to poop but loves to use it as an excuse to not go to bed by saying "poopoo" so he gets set on the potty only to sit there and play and say "all done" after doing nothing.
My twins are only a few days younger than Nikash. This didn’t work for them either. It did for my five year old when she was potty training. One of my twins took about two weeks when we started at the beginning of quarantine and the other still isn’t potty trained because I’m tired and also have a one year old🤣three oldest are all girls and my youngest is a boy. Don’t feel bad and just go with the flow:)
