In this video I will show you 9 different kinds of Tamagoyaki which I like to eat. The principle is the same, that Eggs will be mixed with Salt, Sugar, Dashi Powder (If you like), Soy Sauce, Mirin, Water (If needed). But some kind of Filling which are already salted, like Crab Stick, Cheese, Kimchi…, I don’t put Salt in it. Here I made only one Egg, if you like to make more Eggs, please multiplate them with the number of Eggs. Of course, If you make more Eggs, with will be more Layers and It will look very beautiful.

This is harder than I thought but still easier and closer than the first time I made an American omlet. Yeah that was scrambled eggs with fancy ingredients lol.

Thank you for these recipes! After watching a lot of tamagoyaki tutorials, I started doing it pretty often, and you gave me the idea of how to make it more interesting as well. I put both cheese and ham inside, it's very tasty!

Hi, Mirin is one kind of sweet sake/ wine, of you don't have mirin, it's no problem, maybe you should add a pinch of sugar for sweetness 🙂
