Location: Poland
Date of recording: December 2022
About my work - I remove beaver dams when I receive an order from a state organization.
I do not choose which dam to remove. It is decided by officials at the request of nearby residents. Each dam is assessed in advance if it can and if should be dismantled.
Removing the dam is not a threat to beavers. I do not remove their houses - lodges.
Dams are removed only in places where beavers cause damage, for example by flooding nearby fields, flooding the basements of nearby houses, or when the stream on which beavers built their dam is degraded.
Even though beavers are very invasive animals, they are under strict protection in our country.
I personally like all animals, so beavers are fine too.

Glad there was no horrible loud music. I like just the natural sounds of the machinery & material being removed.
Watching excavators move dirt and rocks around is strangely soothing, isn't it?
Yes, these are quite relaxing recordings - especially when the work is carried out near the water.
Anything is that's natural and not created by hollywood seems today
It's always impressive watching someone good at a thing I can't do. Everyone wants to drive a digger as a kid, and few get to do it.
Never seen a beaver dam this dry before. They always packed in fresh mud. Like your description said I think beavers were long gone from place and it had become part of the landscape.
There is wood in the dam, but the quantity of mud is way too big. I think it has been a beaver dam years ago, and people put mud on it to be able to walk on it. That would explain that the level of the dam is exactly the same as the surrounding level: it has the same height. A beaver would not do that.
The Beavers-Thank you for moving all of our dam materials in a nice straight order. It makes it so much easier for us to rebuild the dam
I agree, one of the best I've seen. The operator is a master with that machine.
I could watch this video of excavators all day, it's just so mesmerizing.
🙂🦾💖
Just watched the great beaver damn with huge amounts of water all these videos are so oddly satisfying lol
There is something extraordinarily satisfying about the sound of the crunch of sticks and limbs as the excavator bucket moves through them...
Works great. I remember doing one about that size with a hand rake. It took a whole day.
Good Evening from Western Australia. I become mesmerised by your brother clearing this drainage ditch, I don’t know why but I do. Great job. Keep well and God bless.
Watching this excavator video has given me a new appreciation for the hard work construction workers do.
Hello Lynn.
I have to admit that he does a really good job 🙂
Take care and God bless 🙂💖
This beaver damn had turned into solid, wood-reinforced earth. That dam wouldn’t have gone anywhere even decades later. It really must have been quite old. Crazy how it still was holding water perfectly even after removing more than 3/4ths of the dam.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a beaver dam take that long to break up with a machine ever. This was painful
That's pretty much a daily occurrence in Maine
If it was an active beaver family, they’d have had it rebuilt in a day. Remember the expression “busy as a beaver”?
Very pleasant and satisfying. Good job sir!
I am impressed with how the video explains the different types of excavators and their uses.
Pleasure is all mine 🙂💖
Any day you get to play with heavy equipment is a good day to me
Thanks. But to be precise, it is my brother who operates the excavator 😉
Veey smart removal. You kept most of the debris out of the waterway. Shouldn't get amy subsequent clogs. !!
This vid wins my most oddly satisfying video of day award.
Спасибо за очень прекрасное видео!!! Так засмотрелся , что ужин подгорел!!!- пришлось готовить заново!!! Очень интересная работа и снятое видео - спасибо еще раз!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
This is the cleanest and best I have watched what a wonderful job you have done
This video shows that excavators are more than just heavy machinery, they are essential tools for construction.
In fact, my brother is an excavator operator - but thank you on his behalf 🙂💖
Greetings.
The machine is part of you and a fine eye for grade.
wow I thought that was a walkway and a driveway or something .. My hubby did too !! wow
After watching this video, I have a newfound respect for the hard work that goes into operating an excavator.
I wouldn't have thought of that - fortunately for us, nyla is just frozen water 😉😀
"Dam removal", is a understatement
The beginning of the title is very understandable 🙂
Thanks for the interesting video. Those beavers can sure make a costly mess.
Yeah, sometimes the damage they do is very costly 🦫🦫
Super job I think Ranger will be happy with this work!! Thanks
Yes - the forester was very happy with the work, especially the removal of this dam 🙂🦾
One of the qualifications of being a heavy equipment operator is to maintain a keen eye for beaver! 542
The water was so still behind you, it looked like a paved road…lol
I thought that too
The pond is covered with ice.
My bad, it's a ditch.
Good job but thank fully beaver didn't fought back legend will be around somewhere but surely it will be back with its new dam like terminator..
I'll be back 😁😹😎
Excellent!! thanks for this!!!!
This video is a great reminder of the importance of excavators in building our communities.
Thank you and welcome. You are one of the first viewers on this channel.
I really thank you for your regular visits and support 💖😀
Greetings.
Hello you are a very good operator thanks
The operator is my brother, but thank you 🙂
I think this would be a fun job.

I love how this video captures the beauty and strength of excavators in their work.
That's a beaver dam? How big were the beavers! Wow! Love your channel. :)
This video is a great resource for anyone who wants to learn more about excavators.
Well, these little bastards, despite their small size, can build something so big 🙉😀 This is the real magic of nature 💖💖
You can but sam different sices Shoes over Night , next Day look well he take away ;-))
The size of cows. With buck teeth like cavalry sabers.
@@johnwade1095😂😂
Lots of ice. I hope the cab was heated on that very cold day.
No way!!! On the beginning of the video i tught the left side is a turning road!! :D
बहुत अच्छा बिडीयो बनाए भाई साहब जय श्रीराम जय श्रीराम
I got so involved watching this, my breakfast sausage got a bit burnt. Never mind, it all adds to the flavour!
Enjoy your meal 😁😂
Vietnam xin chào các bạn ♥️🇻🇳🇻🇳
Wow, big dam!👍💪
I am so glad I stumbled upon this video about excavators, it's truly fascinating.
🙂🔥😀
That’s some nice rich soil
How to get rid of beavers
Had the same issue, grew some carolina reapers, made a super potent sauce and brushed a bunch around the bottom of the tree about 2 feet high, not a single bite, after they had a few
One of the Best. I have seen. Give him a big pay raise. Keep him as your workers at any cost.
He's my brother, and we all work for ourselves, though sometimes we work together - like here 🙂
Hallo sodara salam sukses dari Indonesia, conten yang sangat bagus
Salam sukses selalu👍
..
Strangely Relaxing
Thank you 🙏 ❤great green places 👍I wonder after the beaver 🦫 work sky view is the future plan naturally ☝️ 👍🎥and merry Christmas 🎄🎁 with happy new year 🎆🎈🎊 👋
Nice work 👏
I had no idea excavators could be used for so many different tasks until I watched this video.
💖💖💖
NICE WORK, KEEP SAFE
The way the video is edited and set to music really enhances the viewing experience.
💖💖💖
It’s like an extension of his arm!
I have to admit that my brother is doing well as an excavator operator 🙂🦾
amazing
Very Good job 🙌🙏👌
The way the camera follows the movements of the excavator in this video is so well done.
Good morning Stephane 🙂
Very good JOB
Thank you Billy 🙂👋
The whole time I thought that was a street, and I was thinking why is the beaver dam there!! lol. I thought there was a pipe under the road
Would of watched a hole hour but that's okay great job anyway 😊😊
This video really highlights how excavators make the job of construction workers easier and more efficient.
That's why I invite you to other episodes - I've certainly posted hundreds of hours of recordings over the past year 🙂😀🎥
Bom dia,amo seus vídeos
The skill and precision it takes to operate an excavator is truly impressive.
Oi. Obrigado e saúdo-vos calorosamente 💖💖💖
This saddens me.
Nice job😎👍
Hello my friends new subscriber from spanish 🇪🇸
I thought the water being held back was actually a road!
Me too
Nice operator.beter luck next time beaver.
👍👍
Time for beaver brothers 😂
Good job dude!! =)
And to stop a rebuild... Get forty feet of six inch perforated Corrigated flexible drainage pipe. Place 2/3 of pipe upstream and 1/3 down stream of the dam inside the area that was excavated. Clamp down the upstream portion into the lake (stream) bed.
+1for the outside sound
I’m surprised since u do a lot of this kind of work u don’t have a thumb
Not quite as elegant as Hand Removal but... sure got the job done. 😊
you really need a Thumb for this kind of work...
Is this good for bio diversity ?
Be careful, you just put a dam up where your spoil is. Put it into small piles so water can drain to the ditch. Cool video tho!
Black soil is good for growing plants
I’m just a guy from Cleveland Ohio where beavers are not building ish like this….. are you telling me that 1 beaver carried them big azz logs or do it be a family working together like an assembly line?? 🧐🧐😳😳 #WTFeeezy
👍
Hello Mr. Grumpy G 👋🙂
Amazingly satisfying to watch these videos.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅✅✅✅✅
The pleasure is all mine 🙂🔥
Планировочным ковшом как говномешалкой черпает, видно еще не обрывал гидролинии.
Anybody ever ask the beavers felt about this??
Yes - they said they love to rebuild and renovate from scratch ;D
its alot more fun blowing them up with dynomite!!!
Do the beavers come back and rebuild
I know nothing about beaver dam removal, only a bit from watching YT videos. My one question is the same on every one - why don't you move the debris as far away as possible from the dam, knowing that the beavers will just re-use what you leave conveniently lying nearby for them?
Beavers don't reuse wood.
What? Yes beavers use the same wood.
That let you know that the beavers are smarter that the man. Don't forget it's also called job security.
Some states have rules on how far you can put dredged materiall from the watercourse. Then it has to sit for like, maybe 2 years, before you move it.
Beavers utilize green wood. They understand waterproofing. They would never chew live trees if they scavenged, because they wouldn’t waste the time and energy. But that’s why they do. They choose materials carefully. They don’t just feel like chewing down trees. It’s because they know waterlogged wood is garbage
The most man-made looking beaver dam I've ever seen lol
I arranged it myself from sticks 😉😋🦫
Well I guess that’s because it was frozen, now I feel dumb 😂
Красивая работа!
Очень профессионально.
No mi amigo los castores ya isieron su trabajo y esta bien hecho están esperando su pago
🇳🇴👍👍👌
You pissed off 2 types of beavers the animals and environmentalists hahaha!
I thought that this is from Czech republic, the same 0psce, very similar is in Šumava
Pins and bushings in that stick are worn to the danger point
Believe me, everything is fine 🙂
А в кустах сидят бобры и тихо матерятся 😅😅😂😂
Question from the UK: What happens to the beavers 🦫?
Are they killed?
He attached the thumb bucket
That concrete looks like part of the problem
Makes me think of the huge ball of wax that a Dr. flushed out of my ears in 1967
I though the ice was a road
У меня садовая лопата шахтёрская и то больше ...
You need a claw on that excavator
