@@RaviKumar-ce2nh if you’ve tried everything, and it still doesn’t work, just wait for biometrics or medical, and then the principal applicant can try to link the account again. But don’t worry too much about linking the account to the tracker. You’re not gonna miss any updates even if you don’t link.

Where did you upload your additional documents? And how please explain
For Additional documents, they usually give you a GC key option where you upload the requested documents
or via a webform or by replying back via email. The instructions should be mentioned in their ADR.
Hello, thank you for the great video. I received an email stating IRCC needed something from me. when I went to my account, the message wouldn't open and got an error. along with this they sent instructions on how to upload the payment receipt. Should I wait to read the actual message to or just download receipt and send it in. Thank you in advance!

Hello, I had a quick question.
I submitted Spousal PR sponsorship ( outland) application and after submitting, I realized I wrote sponser’s name under the last consent and declaration form.
I immediately raised a webform and sent in the pdf with correct name i.e primary applicants name.
Do u think it will be an issue or will they attach the document to my PR file?

Great video, please I submitted my additional document that was requested via web form on May 09 and I received a mail from them saying it has been attached to my file and it is ready for the visa officer to review. When I tracked my application last Friday I got to discover they opened my application last on May 11 and it is May 28 today. Please any advice to what I should do or I should just be patient.
Did you get any updates? After how many days was your webform linked to your application? Also, didn't they ask adr to be submitted through ircc secure account?

Hard to say how it will affect your application. Good thing is you have corrected the error. Now you just wait and hope they make they connection at their end soon

I received an email and message from my GCKey Acct. to send additional documents but are multiple documents to upload ( like IMM5406, pics as proof of relationship, FB messenger chat pages as proof of contact, birth cert., parents' death cert. letter of explanation etc. At 17:34 , will I upload them as one file all combined? If so, I believe it wont fit the 4mb maximum allowed even if I compress them. Is there any option to do it so I won't miss any of the documents needed to upload? I would appreciate it if you could help me and answer as soon as possible. TIA.

They ask if they feel all information was not properly provided in the first submission. lots of people get asked for these forms again. simply fill them out in detail, dont miss a thing and then provide to them

With regards to uploading additional requested documents to my already linked portal with my G key , as you mentioned around minute mark 17:30 , I was able to upload the additional document IRCC requested as you described , I can see the document is uploaded, however there is no submit button? You can compress the file online to a much smaller size. Try to convert your file into a PDF first, then Just Google compress pdf. You’ll get a few links. Use anyone you like, upload your file and compress it, then download it and then upload it to the web form. Watch my supporting documents video or proof of contact video. I have shown the compression process there
Hello, I have same issue here and I am going out of my mind. IRCC has requested additional documents via my email and they requested a lot of information, like wedding pictures, travels and much more so now I made all these things into PDF but I have no UPLOAD button in my gckey account and I am trying to figure out how to upload all these onto the webform if I have to. I know that merging the files and compressing them might be a solution but what about the quality of the documents as there is a lot of PDF documents to be merged and compressed and I was wondering if I can upload them ne by one but then I read that it will upload only last document submitted. Please, what did you do and how many files were you merging and or compressing, I am going crazy with this online bs. Thank you and your help would be much appriciated.

Hey. It been 6th month, didnt receive my (pr spouse canada )AOR. Why is it so delayed or is it norml?
six months is a lot, although some applicants do have to deal with extremely delayed processing like yourself. It might be a good idea to engage your local MP now to find out what’s causing the delay. not really sure how effective that could be without an application nb but you can still try. other than this, I don’t really know what else you can do at this point but wait and hope that you get a response soon.

Yes, a few of my subscribers did wait as long as you have. They all got it eventually. You will too. Continue to be patient, keep faith, be vigilant and like I said, reach out to local MP if need be.

You have to apply through pr portal. not gc key. gc key comes later for tracking and linking the application.

Could you kindly specify if the sponsor's or the applicant's signature is required for the last portion of the document posted to the IRCC Portal? As my representative, my wife has a GCKey account. The applicant's (My) document was required by IRCC, and we uploaded it via the GCKey portal. Additionally, the applicant's (My) signature was added before posting. Please inform us whether there was any error on our part or if it was proper to obtain the applicant's signature regardless of who owns the GCkey account.
IRCC stressed that the ADR needs to arrive at the office by Nov 5, 2022, although the document was sent through the IRCC portal on November 3, which worries me. I wonder if they have received my document because there has been no update on the PR Portal.
For instance, what are the chances that my document will reach their office in less than two days?

I think you did the right thing. As for how long it will take the document to reach an officer, there is really no way of knowing.
Hello, I am sorry but I am trying to figure out if your situation is similar to mine as I am trying to find out some things. I hope everything went well with your application and you received a good news. I am a Canadian citizen and I am my husband's representative. We have received a ADR to be submitted through IRCC account, which I successfully opened recently and I linked our application to it but there is no information about requested documents or upload button to do so. I will wait a week or so to see if they will make any changes to our Gckey account and then if not, I will send them a massage through web form. I would like to ask you, if you don't mind. Since I am my husband's representative and I linked the application to GcKey account in my name, I am wondering if I can submit the additional documents they are requesting from my husband, HERE FROM CANADA or he has to do it from his country using the same portal. I have received the email for these additional documents as I am his representative but letter is in his name and IRCC is asking HIM to submit these additional documents but the problem is that he has no means of using the secure computer and he has no knowledge of these technological stuff so I was wondering if I could submit all the documents myself from Canada. I am scared that they might use the IP address in order to find out where from the documents are sent. We have to submit additional pictures, hotels, airplane tickets and such, plus he has to upload the video of himself, answering 16 questions, which is basically a interview done this way. If you don't mind helping me with this issue and I will ask the guy as well, hoping he will answer fast enough. Hi…. My wife applied for me a spousal PR application Outland via online portal on 10th of feb 2022 and after few webforms. We received a mail from Case processing centre Sydney including my wife’s UCI and my application number and also mentioned that We are pleased to inform that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor.
And they also mentioned -:
The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing..

if you can't see an "UPLOAD" option in GC key account. You can respond via webform
