    That really is a good alternative.
    In my case, I use White Label CMS to hide all the panels I don't want non-admin users having access to (like plugins, code snippets and every stuff that could break the website) and always handle my clients two user accounts, one being an admin role with full capabilities and the other being a non-admin role
