Meet Locks , I tried the Supra Cush and I hated them, went back to my old Meet Locks .
Some of ODI, the elite, the ruffians and cheap foam grips in the winter.
None of my friends use the same grips it's all preference. the rev grip guys keep saying how magical the grips are, but I'm good on spending 90 for grips. Love my knuckle dusters

I used to run Deity Knuckleduster on all my bikes, but trying supracrush on my dh bike trying a larger diameter with more vibration damping to help my old man sore bike park fingers. Liking them so far
Good to know! I'm developing old man sore bike park fingers myself and just tossed on the new OneUp thin grips but am hoping it doesn't cause more problems.
I’m running the spank grips w/one locking ring . The ends are rounded and hold up during spills etc. 2nd choice are the ESI foam .3rd pick is odi with sticky foam inside . Great grips but wear fast

I use ESI Chunky and I like the feel, however, if the day is rainy or you forgot your gloves they are a nightmare. They get extremely slippery.
Odi Aron gwin-1 are my go to. Love the small diameter
They were mine as well for a while, then I tried DMR DeathGrips and ended up swapping. The new ODI Reflex grips look mighty tempting, if you haven't checked those out yet.
I use Specialized or Ergon with wings, if I use anything else, I get too much numbness in my hands.
Odi Elite Pro’s for sure should have been on the list.
I come from a bmx background and ive been using ODI Long necks for 20 years. I've tried other grips on my mtb and I found I couldn't find anything as comfortable
Right now I'm using Ergon GE-1s they feel great but I'm just not a fan of the color. I know it's just nitpicking but I have a tan color scheme going with my bike and I bought the Ergon GE-1s in their sandstone color but it's just too light of a tan and clashes with the rest of my bike. I actually tried dying them a darker shade of tan last night but used too much dye and they came out a REALLY dark mahogany brown, so now I'm thinking of getting rid of them and going with the PNW Loam XLs in their Tan color.
I almost pndubbed it but went with sdg thrice 31's i get hand numbness easy and these feel really nice...
I was literally just looking at those about a half hour ago except the Thrice 33s. I'm torn between those and the PNW Loam XLs.

My favorite are death grips a blue grippy texture
I run death grips and they wore out kinda quick but I’m going to get deity knuckledusters next and see which I like better
Diety Lockjaw is a more similar switch from the Deathgrip. Wears out faster than the knuckleduster but it offers more grip. Currently my grip of choice over the deathgrip.

SAME! I personally love those things... The Deity Knuckledusters look pretty similar so I might try those someday if the DeathGrips are unavailable, but until then, DMR DeathGrip it is.

Grips are cheap and easy to swap out so if you're between the two, I'd recommend grabbing both and seeing which you like more over time.

Hello, I have a question to ask you, I'm 14 and I am just starting to get into mountain biking, my dad told me he bought a 2014 specialized demo 8 carbon fiber mountain bike and never used it, he gave it to me, is it a good downhill mountain bike?
Yes, not a bad bike at all, especially if you're planning to ride downhill trails. As long as that bike is ridden on intended use trails, you'll have a blast. Have fun!

I'm a big fan of PNW. I have the Range Bar, Stem and Pedals as well as the Loam Dropper, Lever and Grips. The grips are fantastic. Super comfortable and the shape fits my hands perfectly. I switched to these from a pair of Ergon GA2 that I just didn't get along with.

Interesting I was just considering the GA2. Why didn’t you like them?
@@DAXimusTT the shape didn’t fit my hand well. They are not round, they taper out toward the ends and I just never got used to them.

@@DAXimusTT It wasn't me that said I didn't like them, I've personally never tried them. Mark really liked them on his bike until I tricked him into trying the DMR DeathGrips, and Alex just didn't care for them aesthetically but I guarantee they aren't a bad grip.
Most of us around here have Ergon products on our bikes in one form or another and have zero complaints... I don't think any of us would be hesitant about recommending anything Ergon.
Ive had esi’s for years but now im riding gnarlier stuff and need more bmx style grips. No gloves👍
Are those Deity grips, thick?
32mm diameter, you can compare that to whatever grips you're using now to see if they're a thickness that you'd like to run on your bike.

Deity Supracush is by far the most comfortable grip out there for hard charging riders. Ergon GE1's are go to for trail and long rides.The Knuckdusters are one of the worst grips I've tried.. I hate waffle design grips and they're always the first the I rip off new MX and MTB bars.. I prefer a symetrical design where my hand feels the same all the way around the grip, I don't like having to worry about if my fingers are in the right spot on the grip while I'm descending. Supracush soaks up so much small vibrations too, noticeably better for arm pump. The grips with the perpendicular ridges make your thumbs move left and right as they lay over, also sucks ie. Deathgrips/Knuckledusters. PNW look interesting, haven't ridden them before, and no one is running dual lock on grips any more so the others are out...

Been using old school ODI Attacks long ago since the 90s. Don't really like the Longnecks versions which feels similar. After many grips later, I had settled on using PNW Loam Grips until ODI Longneck V2.1 Lock On Grips was release. Best Grips for me til date.
Does anyone know some that are super cushioned ? My stock specialized make my hands numb after a few minutes of riding
Get some thicker grips or look up some videos of lever position to see if it's related to that. If it's happening after just a few minutes of riding, I think it might be something more involved than just swapping out grips. What Specialized bike are you on?
