- Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Ritananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how we can discover the nature of Truth for ourselves.
Through the daily practice of meditation, and by various attitudes we can adopt on the spiritual path, we can prove within our lives the truths articulated in the scriptures and in the lives of the saints. “It is possible to put religion into practice,” Paramahansaji says, “to use it as a science that you can prove by experimenting on yourself.”
This talk with a period of meditation was recorded at the SRF Lake Shrine Temple in Pacific Palisades, California.
