Even though I live right next to the hotel, I haven't been in it. (I see out my kitchen window the space needle view) The fires of 2016 completely destroyed our home. I remember very well what the Vista looked like that night. I'm glad they stayed up here. There's no excuses for the dust and dirt, though. I wanted to share a little helpful hint with you. I pack with me sanitizer wipes every time we stay somewhere. No matter even how clean a place may look or not...the surfaces of everything get wiped down, including the TV remote and door handles, before we touch anything. I'm 72 and want to make it to 73...😂❤

My family has stayed here multiple times and we liked it! I will say, it does have some wear and tear! When we stayed for the first time about 20 years ago, it couldn't be beat! Unfortunately, as with everything, it has gone down, but was still okay. I doubt we'll be staying there again.🤢. As always, great job on the video!! 😊

The Park Vista Hotel looks like a beautiful atrium hotel. Cool glass elevator. A shame that a DoubleTree Hotel is not up to their usual high standards. I try to stay at DoubleTree when possible and they are usually excellent accommodations. Beautiful relaxing indoor pool area, nice gym and park like landscaping. Beautiful mountain views. Thanks for doing the tour of the hotel.
It really is a beautiful property, but it needs some TLC. However, the location and view cannot be beaten, in my opinion. Even though it needs some attention, we still love it. Thanks for watching, Steven. Have a great weekend!

If you are ever in Berea Ky please do a video of Boone Tavern it is a very beautiful historical hotel and has a amazing restaurant and all kinds of shops close by.

I always thought this hotel would be nice to stay in but after this review, I really think it needs an overhaul. I mean, what a great location and view but the hotel does not seem to be well cared for and the cleanliness is unacceptable. The dust, filth, wear, non-draining sink, blood, and darkness is not at all okay regardless of the price point. Love the atrium concept and this property has a lot of potential. I hope it soon has a complete remodel. Realbillies deserve better!
Realbillies!!! Haha! We love this place, but agree that it is in need of some TLC. We've have so many great stays here and have so many great memories though! I think no matter what, it will always be my favorite.

Honestly, yes. Especially that time of year. The property needs some love but in October the views are going to be SPECTACULAR! We still love this place, even with it's flaws.

I went there on a bus trip. Beautiful place. They grow all their veggies. Their food was awesome. Im referring to the greenbriar.
