I had to make 3 attempts - then your system appeared to respond and finally succeeded - this to me suggests a 3rd party backend you are using is taking too long to queue up batches so could be an API or more likely a microservices issue - but with patience I got there in the end

I am afraid the information you are providing is incorrect. Even if an email address is visible on a social media profile, you cannot use it without the explicit authorization of the owner. Doing so would be a violation of GDPR privacy regulations and could lead to legal action.
In the USA the CAN-SPAM act is in place the protect users. Everyone should know and follow their respective laws.
FTC ruled that can spam laws do not apply to b2b lead generation. Look it up. Cold b2b emailing is 100% legal.
GDPR only applies in Europe...the World is Big.
