My zafira is the same only happened today wouldn't go in gear at all only when the car is off it will go in gear ...I must add the garage changed my driveshaft on passenger front wheel there did top the gear box fluid up ..any ideas 💡 would be grateful ..
@Richard Botham I must add aswel Richard when there drained the gear box oil he only put 1lt in and spilt most of it putting it in iv looked at what my car takes and I think it said 1.6lt to 2lts would this cause the problem aswel

I'm having similar issue but can't get reverse fith n sixth gear had recon box fitted mechanic saying it's the cables are worn
I cant manage to get ziptie through that gap. Any explanation how did you get it trough? Did you select any specific gear or something?
it's a bit fiddly. try the smallest one u can first. and don't tie it till u tested it .
My 18 zafira 2009 Will not easy in the reverse gear or it makes a grind norse. Could this be the sa.e?
Sounds like the clutch isn’t disengaging properly.

My 1.8 can’t select 1st or 2nd easy will this be the same
Yeah could be . Easy cheep fix try it .

yes but most will have the same linkage
