Been there Done that Got the T-shirt 😉 I know it’s difficult with everything going on but there’s nothing you can do about so just observe it chuckle and move on. I laugh because I don’t understand WHY they take everything so seriously they’re just coming back to get it right (hopefully) next time. You’re on the path of getting it right this time. Great video as always 🫶🏼 I feel compelled to add that ‘letting go’ of an emotion doesn’t work or can often be misleading. To release deeper emotions we need to bring them closer, lean in with compassion and feel them fully without them consuming us, see them, listen to them and be with them. They will naturally fade as we start to do this. It’s not a letting go with the mind 1st, but a bringing closer with the body x
