Thank you for the video focusing on the Keystone Corridor, I think it gets neglected in favor of the Northeast Corridor. That there are still Holiday decorations up makes it even better.

I see Amtrak trains with a baggage car. Since there is no sleeper car; what is the baggage car carrying? Aren't these primarily commuter trains?

The trains with a baggage car are typically not traveled by commuters. Such as the Pennsylvanian in this video, it hauls commuters, in addition to connecting those in Pennsylvania to the larger destinations for further travel.
