    U can loose weight upto 2.5 kg in one week in keto...but after that weight loss is not that fast..be patient and continue your keto...

    Ac to acsm IT'S NOT RECOMMENDED to loose more than 2Kgs PER WEEK.
    could cause serious health conditions. Guys please believe in slow and proper diet plan. You'll get what you want. Just eat properly cooked home food. Idk why this video popped up on my newsfeed but nvm guess i was supposed to save y'all from getting ill.
    Btw i am a doctor to be trust me, just eat what ever is cooked at your home, in minimal amount and do intermittent you'll be fine.

      These first 3-4 kg a week is just losing water, not fat After it - on Keto or not - one can physically lose only about 300g per day, which will make 2kg a week. Only fasting may be more effective. So no need to be afraid.

      On Keto you can eat only green beans. You have to stay under 20 carbs per day, if not, you may easily fall out of ketosis and it will need to be regained, and it's hard, because once cheated, we tend to repeat. In per cent, carbs are 5-10% of your meal. If you don't have an aim of losing weight quickly, and don't need to do strict keto, then you can do lchf - and eat some beans and some fruit, and brown rice. Or you could do Mediterranean diet, but I would strongly suggest without sugar and gluten in any form.

      After you have finished breast feeding the baby, of course. Carnivor would be even better, to start with, but I'd not start a restricted elimination diet like keto or carnivore while pregnant or breastfeeding. But in the meantime you could start to eat more protein and reduce sugar, bread or any processed food, and add more vegetables as a side dish instead of rice or noodles.
