Noo.. waking up late screwed my metabolism, digestion . Gave lot of acidity issues. I used to sleep at 2.30 and wake up at 10. Now I am struggling from past 2months to get my sleep cycle to normal sleep atleast by 12 and wake up by 9. Still struggling

Everyone have their own challenges, just because you wake up late doesn't mean that you are being lazy ,I don't cook but I usually sleep around 2o'clock in midnight due to work and get up at o'clock noon, and then also really feel tired after sleeping good enough..
I hope if you live with someone they are sharing thr chores accordingly. It's good to do your work independently but when You have to do that for everyone else and nobody shares it then it become clear abuse of your etiquettes and manners.

My office required me to work even after office hours, the mentality was to work 6 days a week even if It's breaking my bone to death and saving the sundays but then I adjusted my work routine and shifted some tasks for sundays and did it consistently amd that helped get my sleep cycle back and now that complete my task given on time instead of piling it on I even find my days and sundays as bonus🎉. The world is huge with growing unhealthy amount of work and we can't change even one at times forget about all but atleast ours is in our hand just focus what you can do to shift that a bit. Hope it helps. I understand how draining it can be. Don't be offended, it is just a helping hand.
