Loved seeing the old cowboys final resting place! Lots of uncouth people out there these days. Kudos to you Travis for restoring what was destroyed.
Thank you for the respect you showed to the deceased vaquero. Also, thanks for the important point about how to use the pressure washer.
My wool saddle pad is cleaned twice a year... mid spring and late fall. I hang it outside in the sun to dry which helps kill left over bacteria. I can't imagine putting something this dirty on my horses back!😮 Another fun video. Love the rock technique! Very clever.
Here in East Tennessee it's hot with very high humidity. Takes days to get a wool pad dry whether from sweat or water, especially on fence or hitch rail.
I try to be diligent and brush hair and sweat off after using pad. I've rigged up a contraption where I have a big fan blowing on the pad while it turns.
For my mohair girths I hang them on a shepherds 4 hook type thing used for hanging plant baskets.
Good stuff and techniques. Thanks for sharing. :)
Wow I did not know you can turn the curry comb around
