Definitely watching this with my wife. We are in an interracial marriage and it was tough and awkward in the beginning. We were perfect, it was everyone else around us adding unnecessary drama.
Because I don’t think they understood the position they put you in, with them creating drama. If they were more open-minded then it would be a different out-come. But I can understand why from both parties in today’s societal views. At least you’re trying.🙏Don't give up because of their opinions. If they can't handle your relationship, they should not be around you. Because they aren't showing respect for your significant other or you.

I really assumed anything w Eddie Murphy & Jonah Hill would be absolutely really hilarious but this absolutely really wasn’t hilarious at all! It was so racist & not the way most ppl are racist (which I appreciated as a change) but the way they ragged on Ezra non stop was exhausting & made me empathize w HIM vs anyone else in this movie.

This is such an insanely well done movie. It’s todays version of Sydney Poitier’s(RIP 2022) Spencer Tracy’s, Katharine Hepburn’s and Katharine Houghton’s 1967 “Guess who’s coming to dinner”
Jonah Hill is absolutely spectacular, a complete about turn from his Superbad days.
Hill’s character Ezra, is brilliant and shows 100% that the only difference between the two cultures and other cultures is the colour of our skin. PERIOD.
Eddie Murphy is great but Hill is way above and beyond.
Honourable mention to Julia-Louis Dreyfus and David Duchovny.
And the Oscar for best actor goes to Jonah Hill.

All we got here was plot introduction and tone. It feels like a familiar storyline but there’s plenty we don’t know anything about.
When I was a kid back in the 80’s flash it was gone from the tv 😂 You were running to the theatre you had no idea what you were getting into ! Now I’m like .. OK no sweat I’ll stream it sooner or later 🤷🏽♀️
