This house has things I've never seen in a single wide! The manufacturer for this house is Hamilton Homebuilders. The model for this home is the "Charleston." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Mobile homes are nice but they're fragile... The material they were made of Are not that good it's tare apart... easily.

When it gets moved, if interior isn't intact who is on the line for it? Does someone have insurance for it? Totally new to mobile homes.
It seems like mobile homes get nicer and nicer every year. This one is very nicely dressed and has a great layout.
While I lean more towards a double wide....i have to say you are really impressing me with the single wides you're showing!! Absolutely love this one. Especially love the fireplace and the builtins!! The kitchen is awesome and for me the master suite is a home run!!

@@chanceshomeworld Do any have full networking with Ethernet jacks and wire inside the walls? It sure would be nice to have house wired. Wi-Fi is fine for some but wired network is much better and faster.

Well laid out home, easy to clean. Sliding glass doors add light & is just such a nice feature as is the fireplace. Price is less than what I expected ✨

@@yorkielove08 the level of phalmadahyde in the older press board walls and materials was deadly. Particularly when hot. Its measured on parts per million. I did some research to educate myself beacouse i like the idea of these homes. But i want sheetrock walls.

I like the hallway away from the front door - security and privacy. The bookcases are a welcome addition. The kitchen is nice too.
I don’t care for single wides but, that might be the nicest one I’ve ever seen.
Love to have the wood floors throughout the home. Especially in a double wide because makes the rooms look larger and cohesive.

Want drywall walls, and in the ceiling vents need a window that opens in both bathrooms, love the white cabinets and white trim ,could do without thoes cubbies in living room by fire place, simple open shelves would be better,retired folks like to downsize and single wides are good for thoes people too ,you never mention senior citizens and there are a lot of us around kiddo!

For a single-wide (15'), it's pretty nice. That electric fireplace looks cozy. The base price is pretty attractive. I like the sliding glass doors.

wow this is one of the first single wides that I have really liked....this looks like a home!
I like how once you get inside it just seems like a house not a single wide trailer, the older models have that trailer atmosphere to them, this one allows you to feel at home despite being a single wide, definitely new and improved,

House is perfect for a retired couple downsizing,the bedrooms canbe an office,and the bigger one other than master bedroom can be grandma's sewing and quilting room
I really like the built-in cabinets and shelves over the toilets! It would be nice if they did that for all mobile and modular homes.
P.S. I'm all about the 4 and 5 bedrooms. I haven't seen any of those in a while.😢 I have 4 children and am browsing to plan for our forever home. I love seeing these videos! Generally I don't care for single wides because they don't have a nice flow and the space isn't used efficiently. This is beautiful. You can actually have a REAL KITCHEN TABLE!! I love the colors inside and out. Great job. Thanks for what you do. Keep them coming Chance.🙂

All these upgrades but didn't upgrade to finished drywall.
They might have a upgrade option for drywall. It will just cost more.

I love this! It has amenities that you don't usually find in a single wide. Especially the fireplace and all of the storage in the kitchen.

You nailed it when you said everything in one. That us one stunning single wide. You can actually put a table in the kitchen. I loved the kitchen counter tops. Tell Clay, he did out standing on this single wide.
Myself, personally hates carpet. I love in Florida and the sand nor the mud is easy getting out of carpet.

The Total Package is correct. This home is fantastic to be a single wide. Love it! Yes to the flooring. Looks so much better than carpet.

Wow Chance what a nice single wide. The windows are really large and I love thermal pane. What a great fireplace area with the built ins and the shiplap. Spend a nice winter night in there with the flooring, the built ins and the fireplace. Cozy!! It is a nice kitchen with plenty of cabinets and a nice dining area with the glass doors. I like the laundry room. Good size and everything is so new. The bedrooms are spacious for children and the closets are a good size. I love those thermal windows throughout with plenty of light. The master bath is really nice with a good size tub and shower. Good storage and a nice closet. Really every room in this house is so inviting it just screams ‘welcome’. This single wide gets an A-Plus for sure. Again you have given us a winning tour. Thank you so much Chance. Kathy

What a delightful floorplan. I love the fireplace, sliding door, kitchen space, master bath. The windows let in so much outdoor light. I love single wides and with a few minor changes I can easily see my husband and me in 1 at retirement when it's time to downsize. Just imagine adding on a porch or deck to have additional outdoor living space for a porch swing or grill while you sip iced tea and watch birds at the feeder! In my mind, we're moving in.
Wow I definitely was not expecting all the extras in this home. I really like the fireplace, dining room area, and the bar. you just don’t see that in a single wides. The siding color is my absolute favorite on any home you have shown.
This is a very nice single wide with electric fireplace and sliding glass door. I use to own a single wide with a corner wood-burning fireplace with air vents that pushed the heat out plus space for a dining room table in the kitchen. I didn't realize until now how seldom this is done in a single wide.

I need to hit the Lotto Chance you show me so many beautiful home this is a really nice home just right for two the only thing I would do is get rid of the Black appliances and do a farm sink haha other the that I love it all. A big ole front porch and back porch and I would feel like a Queen. Keep up the great work I love dreaming

This is a nice single wide, but I would upgrade the shower in the master bath to a nice tile, but overall its pretty nice. I live up north in Maryland, but I grew up in Texas and for a while we lived in a mobile home, then after we moved up here and i ended up buying a double wide. It was a nice one and I'm actually thinking about buying one again, so I watch your channel all the time! Thank you for putting this content out, it really gives me a lot of ideas.
Perfect home for a couple/small family or for those of us who are older and looking to downsize !! The only change I would do is make the walls full sheetrock. Well, I would also put the air ducts in the ceiling. Kids stuff the craziest things in them when they're on the floor.
This is a beautiful cozy home. I live with my daughter and I am not looking for a home. I just enjoy seeing all the different homes you show and I can dream. I love your videos. You are the best. This is a beautiful singlewide. It really has everything you need for a single person or a couple. I love the kitchen, plenty of room for a singlewide and the signature wall with fireplace WOW‼️
We lived in a trailer park for 18 years and one of our neighbors had a fireplace in her home. It was an Oakwood and we had looked at several Oakwoods before we purchased ours and they had fireplaces in quite a few of their single wides. This was over 25 years ago and Oakwoods are the more expensive brand in my area.
This is another great home. Also the floor vents make me think of the old trailer home I lived in when I was a kid! Keep up the good work Chance!
