- We're playing Honey Heist, the game where everyone plays as bears planning a heist to get honey. This was originally streamed live as part of Jingle Jam. This is Mystery Quest, a roleplaying podcast where we play a variety of one-shot roleplaying games with a rolling cast of special guests.

Simon has such a unique way of holding the pencil, never noticed that before
On one of the crafting streams earlier this year (March I think) he mentioned it's because he's actually left handed, but then learned to write with his right hand as well, and that's the grip he finds most comfortable when doing so.

Gonna be honest, not a premise I was expecting to see but I'm totally here for it
To me, that's this channel in a nutshell, and I'm fucking HERE for it 😂 this channel gives me the same warm feelings as when Games Night first came out
Honey Heist has been making the rounds on podcasts. I expect Tom to run Lasers and Feelings next as a one shot because that game is also choice.
Love how the players are basically the human equivalent to Goldilocks and the three Bears. Pyrion is daddy bear, Ravs is mummy bear (obviously) and Simon is their naughty furry child. Lydia seems like the type to nick your snack and sleep where she wants 😂
Oh Tom I do love going down the quaint little path to see grandma every now and again. Luckily I did bring my RPG this time so she didn’t trouble me like last week!

Yeah felt kinda sad to see this weeks new episode essentially announce no new series for about a month. I hope the channel isn't already dying out a bit.
@@aBendorff The next episode should be the second half of Honey Heist, then on to a new campaign. It won't take a whole month.

@@dsungaripterus2600 I was kind of just hoping they'd upload the stream but cleaned up with some movie magic alongside their regular games.
It's also the holidays so everyone is probably preoccupied anyway, so this should give an appropriate buffer time. I kind of half listened to the stream while playing some of the Jingle Jam games so Im happy this got released.
I like the wonky dice a lot. I hope we get to see more and more of Tom’s funny dice collection with each new Mystery Quest

In fairness, on the scale of the entire galaxy, then Cornwall is right next to Brighton.

This is currently the best yogscast channel. I say this as someone who has followed the yogs since the yogpod and soi. I even loved the introduction, which was pretty hilarious.
IMO it is since 2018. By now I stopped watching all the other Yogscast channels, except for Tom's and the main one (for the very rare good video among the TTT\GTA samey content).
I needed this after the last couple of adventures, been seeing things in the dark after listening to those

Needless to say, things get a bit sticky right out of the gate.
I must have missed this during Jingle Jam, which is fine because now I get to enjoy it all on here. I played in a Honey Heist game some years back and it was a delightful and fun time, looking forward to seeing how this group handles it.

Honey heist reminds me of episode of Gintama. Gangster "bees" setting up houses on trees that have the size of those capsule hotels, but sized maybe just for two people.
The main characters go up the trees and try to kick them off from the trees, and slowly side of the nest opens up like sliding door and retracts downwards and then you can see a gangster inside. They are just ridiculously depicted gangsters that have bees ass and wings... I guess they are wasps actually, but the title of the episode is:
"The Whole Peeing On A Bee Sting Is A Myth. You'll Get Germs, So Don't Do It!!"
I miss that show...
The sheer variety of campaigns this beautiful channel can offer is amazing

This is my favourite one so far I think the yogs are good at these sort of heist scenarios.
A fishing village, with air B&B's, that rains, and has alot of retired people, they've just described St. Ives in Cornwall 😂
