Wow... to think i would see a video on this game!? I still play skirmish mode on ledgendary or 145. I mostly play for the nostalgic and fun of banshee rushing bots or hero rushing haha😂

great video, tell these poor ppl a good counter to cobras is cobras of their own, I can already see them getting turtlled massing cobras at the bottom of the hill just feeding, all the while thinking but I watched a youtube video that said build more cobras.

Got a 3v3 random all I was brute with an anders and arby vs 2 anders and a forge. Needless to say I lost because forge economic growth and anders getting max tech. Like they had vultures about 10 minutes in and more tanks than I could count. I think the strategy with covenant leaders is go full on into banshees. Forget vehicles forget infantry forget your leader with a maybe exception for the prophet and sink everything into banshees.

The best strategy I ever had playing competitive players was the following
(I was captain cutter)
I haven’t played for a while but if I remember right, buy one warthog and one supply pad right away
Buy reactor second
follow by supply pad upgrade and another supply pad
(all while hunting supplies with your warthogs, a lot of micro controlling)
Upgrade the supply pad and start a reactor build
Make a vehicle depot
Start another supply pad and then make 2-3 tanks
destroy some ai bases to prepare for a second base
Before your finished building all your tanks you should have at least built the remaining space in supply pads
Now backtracking to the tanks, use them to clear ai bases, then go see if you can pick at some enemy units/buildings, do this all while still making and sending over even more tanks, so you should be able to overpower them and if you can’t then do hit and runs to deal some damage
Now back to the present, once you got supplies for the second base, go back to it and get it down, the order you build doesn’t overly matter anymore so long as you keep in mind whether your dealing with an imminent attack or not
Now you’ll want 3 vehicle depots and 4 supply pads, replace the old vehicle depot in the first base with a research building, rush to upgrade training speed and recruitment capacity
It’s up to you whether you want the canister upgrade for tanks first or not, it depends how much combat your dealing with
Beyond tanks and base compositions, you want to constantly have those vehicle depots working hard, and try to keep fights close but not too close to your base, you’ll be able to refresh your army much faster than enemies and with extras go straight to their bases usually, and hold them there while your teammates get ready to work too
What army you have is dependant on what your enemies play, if they have too many banshees or vampires overwhelming your air based team, make wolverines, but I would recommend always keeping some cobras on hand since most people play with tanks, maybe have like 10 tanks 5 cobras, it’s enough to retreat and turtle while recovering or handle an overload of tanks
