Hey, it's good to eanble xmp profile to set speed of ram. Some motherboard have problem because bios version is much older which didn't fix these problems, so if your motherboard is latest version it's safe to enable xmp profile and set speed like your ram of speed.
Bro I have bought ryzen 3 3250u with 16 gb ram and i am planning to game on it casually but trending games do i need to buy another setup or it will be able to give playable fps in biggest aaa titles with fsr and lowest resolution and lowest graphics

Yes it happens to mine, from base 2666mhz and i can overclock it above 3200mhz but having 3200mhz base it drops to 2666mhz.
plus video recording takes around 10% fps. Keep it in mind
