- Part 2 is here!! Join us as Sandi Miller shares more stories about her time with Elvis and what he was like out of the spotlight. Since this video has been filmed, Margarita and Kristen even got to visit with Sandi at her home in Nevada. Meeting Sandi in person was SO special and we will cherish these memories and stories forever!!
Sandi is known in the Elvis community for her thousands of candid photos she took of Elvis over the years, including at his home at 1174 Hillcrest Drive in California, and the picture of Elvis and Priscilla during their honeymoon at the Honeymoon House. If you don’t know Sandi by name, we are sure you know her pictures! Her candid photos of Elvis have become famous.
In this episode, Sandi shares what Elvis - the man, the friend, and the father - was really like.

When you listen to Sandi it's like being closer to him then ever. ❤ the most special is that Elvis would make anyone in the room or at the gate feel special and that he effortlessly bonded with everyone. He wouldn't let anyone get unnoticed. That's why everyone said they were a friend of his, because he would make you feel special to him. Even at a long distance I know and this may sound weird, but we know our Elvis. ❤ I live in the Netherlands and I was a huge fan, 13, when I was crying and sad one evening over him, always wanted to go to America to see him, and it was like he was saying goodbye and I said no! No! Next day there was the news that he was dying at that same time that I was so sad, as it is 7 hours earlier in Memphis. .. he said goodbye ❤. We were all touched by an angel❤

a question i would like to ask sandi does she know anything about elvis scarves from 1967-1971???? she has many pictures of him wearing them ....but i would like to know who made them fabrics styles designs etc.... including the ascots of 1967, the echos of 1969, etc ....
When Sandi said Elvis was very accessible in the 60s every hair stood up, goosebumps! I can’t even imagine. ❤😊

Oh my god..I got the chance to listen to this all the way through…fascinating. So Elvis was really deeply into talking and learning and questioning all these girls . I was almost starting to believe all the nasty stories out there as they are so prevalent in documentaries and interviews etc. Poor Elvis…Sandi’s quiet sweet stories are drowned out by all the others who are high on the hog doing provocative movies, books and media interviews. Thanks to you girls these gems are here 🙏

Nice one ladies! People often wonder why EP thought he would not be remembered. He recorded hundreds of hit songs, was the biggest selling artist (and actor), he changed things culturally and musically and his worldwide record breaking awards fill rooms. Then a girl says to him ‘didn’t you do a song about a dog or something?’ Looooool. 😂

Hi Everyone! We hope you enjoy our part 2 with Sandi Miller! Just a note, when Kristen & Benita disconnected, the recording turned off. This is why in the beginning when you see Sandi, Margarita and Benita- Margarita is repeating what was not recorded and reminding Sandi what was discussed, then we move on to our next new questions!
Also, Margarita meant “large trunks of books” - not suitcases 🙂
If you girls have more communication w Sandi . Please let her know a book of some kind is greatly needed from her because so many women now s as re literally doing a character assassination of Elvis’s character… just last week 60 Minutes Australia did a really sensationalist piece on Elvis by doing interview with 3 or 4 women who say they were 14 and their stories were not flattering. You would think he was a predator of young girls. Sandi needs to counteract that with her accounts. I respect her wish to nit write a book but My God Elvis needs her stories to be seen by wider audience.

Sandi also was a fan club president and she was very maticulus about doing this right.I’m sure Elvis appreciated her and her good manners. Sandi seems to be so considerate of being around him. I feel he appreciated her careful ways. It’s just so sweet. I did hear Lisa Marie say one time that her daddy was a searcher.
It’s odd to me that it effected me like that because for weeks I couldn’t think of Lisa without crying. I cried and cried. I just knew when they said she was taken by ambulance to the hospital that she wasn’t going to survive. It just makes me so sad. In a interview a few yrs ago, she said she took good care of herself so hopefully the family losses while young wouldn’t continue.

This is very important archival stories for Elvis fans….never hear these beautiful stories of Sandi as no record of it on paper. The wrong people are writing books and sensationalize to get more readership…but these beautiful stories by sandi can’t be found anywhere which is so sad . Cant blame media either for thinking there were weird things going on all the time with young girls …they don’t know he’s talking for hours or having reading sessions. . So thank you so much for interviewing sandi. Sandi was saying wish these parts of Elvis woukd be depicted in a movie….we all wish that but it can never happen because no books by Sandi..so quite frustrating..

a question i would love to ask sandi (and i would love to write a book on but can't find any information on) does she know the scarf makers he wore from 1967- 1972 in his personal wardrobe in all those fantastic pictures she took of him??? also the fabrics patterns etc....i know like in 1969 it appears at least some of the scarves were ECHO brand silk scarves....but i cant tell the patterns on the various pictures etc....also the ascots from 1967... i cant figure out the manufacturer of them.....did Elvis ever give her one of his scarves???
