How o you do the 32nd notes?
They are quite hard. I play the g with my 4th finger, the f with my middle Finger, and e with my Pointer finger. Start slow for the start, and then increase the tempo slowly

Not necessarily. Remember, in Beethoven's period they played to a "whole beat", i.e., each back and forth movement of the metronome was ONE beat. Music started to be played faster and faster around the time of Chopin (to the disdain of many composers) as the audiences were "delighted" by the display of dexterity and technique. Unfortunately, the trend continued down to us until many pieces are just a slur of fast notes. But some are now going back to the tempos that the old Maestro's intended and finding exquisite beauty in the music. I look at the period of the composition and adjust the marked tempo to Whole Beat where appropriate.

I prefer the version on Pianoreader's channel. Here, the notes are very staccato and I heard that it sounds better if you play it more legato, not legato but less aggressiv that Staccato. Btw, at 2:19, you're not supposed to play it like that

There is nothing wrong with 2:19. I disagree with your whole comment.
In the moment you undoubtedly notice staccato there is indication for that on the sheet, so it's probably as it was meant to be played.
