    Ap ne ye video hindi me banaya bahut achha laga mene ye bana he likin video sab turki or urdu me dekh ke banaya tha ak sal pehle to kuchh khamiya ho gai thi to sahi nahi chal raha tha or ic kharab ho gai ab market me 7520 ic milti nahi he.

      Agar aapko 7520 IC nahin milati hai iski jagah per main IC ke number likh raha hun HS8110, EST7502, LPG899, SDC2921, CG8010, yah sabhi ic theek vaise hi working karegi Jaise 7520 IC working karti hai

    I made this one.. Its working.. Thanks for this important video.. When I use battery charging, it's Ampere is slightly fluctuating.. Like I set 5.5amp...and connect it with a dc 10amp volt amp meter... Its showing 5.23, 5.35, 5.5, 5.44amps...I mean 5amp is constant but after the decimal point the figure is randomly fluctuating...
    Any solution for fully stable working..?? I used the same as per ur diagram...

      In SMPS, you put a 1uf capacitor on pin number 16 of the IC.

    I followed ur amp control circuit.. Its working properly.... Just one problem exists.. A loud noise from transformer is coming...
    FOR removing the noise an RC network {resistor capacitor network} is needed.. So that a delay network is formed...
    Can u tell me the calculations for selecting resistor and capacitor value...??

      In this SMPS, RC network is already present in the switching transformer. If there is noise in the switching transformer, then put a 1uf/25v capacitor on UTC7520 pin number 16. The positive pin of the capacitor is on pin 16 and the negative pin of the capacitor is on the ground. By doing this, the transformer will be switched. may reduce the volume of
      Mostly this sound comes when the current is reduced in the switching transformer.

    7520 ic me ho protection pin ati he ise us karne se amps ton laga ke hosakta he kya. Tl 494 ic me hota he

      Tl494 ic main bhi pot lagakar voltage ko kam jyada kar sakte hain aur current ko be control kar sakte hain aane Wale video ke andar mein jald se jald batane ki koshish karunga

    Suppose I make no changes on pin no 16....I make only amp control circuit as u are showing and feed the lm358 pin no 1 to the pin16{v-adjustment pin} of pwm ic..
    Can this way the amp is control....??

      Yes, you can control the current only by installing Lm 358.

      जी हां 12 वोल्ट बैटरी 150ah के लिए आप पावर सप्लाई को 13.8 से 14 वोल्टेज पर सेट करें और पावर सप्लाई का अधिकतम करंट 6 एम्पियर से ज्यादा नहीं होना चाहिए अन्यथा पावर सप्लाई गर्म होगी और खराबी हो सकती हैं क्योंकि इस टाइप की पावर सप्लाई 80 से 100 वाट की ही होती है

      Yes, you can do this. Can you set current through short circuit? And you can also set the current by applying output load.

    Sir CCTV ki power supply ka IC LNK6666E aur capacitor 68uf 450v fat gaye the... tu maine donno replace kar diye with same value.. lekin aab 6-7 din chalne ke baad capacitor ful kar leak ho jata... 2 bar essa ho gya.. naya capacitor b lagaya... kiya issue hoga bar bar capacitor fulne ka? Power supply 10A ki h 6 camera chl rahe hain (3 year se chal rahi h)

      Power supply mein 68uf 450v capacitor laga hua hai is capacitor ka kharab hone ka Karan
      450 voltage se upar voltage jata hai To yah kharab ho jaega
      To aap SMPS ki input per AC voltage test karo
      250 voltage ac se jyada nahin hona chahie
      Kai bar Achanak jyada voltage aane se bhi yah capacitor kharab ho jata hai
      Aur ac input per ek bridge rectifier laga hua hota hai use bridge rectifier ko bhi multimeter se test karo
      Capacitor ko discharge karne ke liye 470k 1/4 watt ka ek resistance bhi laga dena
      Yah capacitor ki voltage range ko badha do 68 uf 450 volt ki jagah per 68 uf 650 volt ka capacitor laga do Sahi working Karega

      Bridge rectifier diode sab ok rehta h.
      320-330 ke as pas voltage dikhata h capacitor par hot testing mein.
      Hamare yaha rat ko 260 tak chala jata voltage, lekin phir b 260 x 1.4 = 364v he hotein hai... Aur capacitor toh 450v rated h toh issue nhi honna chahiye. Wase b 3 year se sahi chl rahi thi supply.
      Sir muje lagta yeh new capacitor jo buy karein h AISHI company ke fake ho saktein h... Upar jo likha h aur jo rated h wo diff h.
      Apka suggestion sahi hai 650v rated ke try karta hon market mein achi quality ke.

      100k resistance pwm ic internal operational amplifier feedback resistance pin14 aur pin 15 lagti hai
      100E resistance pin 9 per lagti hai is par 5v denge to SMPS off ho jayegi is ko (GND) ground dene per SMPS on ho jayegi

    Actually the smps has HS8110 IC....when I am trying to increase the output voltage from 12 to 15....the smps going into protection mode...
    I already modified 3.3v,5v ,12v from 5v stand by voltage...
    I checked that when I try to increase the voltage the PT pin of this 8110 IC has 1.7v...thats why ovp is on...
    Can I disconnect this PT pin from smps circuit...??

      You cannot remove the PT pin because it is an additional protection pin. There should be a minimum of 1.2 volts and a maximum of 1.3 volts on this pin. You can put a 1.5k resistor on this pin and connect this resistor to ground.

      In this SMPS, current cannot be increased more than 5 amps because the transformer in SMPS is very small. How can you increase current above 10 amps and 10 amps, I will tell you in the upcoming video. Thank you.

    I noticed that when u adjust current potentiometer.. The set voltage is changed... And also, when adjust voltage potentiometer... Current reading is also changed on volt-amp meter.... Can u explain why it happens..??

      Your question is correct, when the voltage is set in the SMPS, it decreases when the load is given, this happens when the maximum current of the SMPS is there, if it goes above that then the voltage will be less. For example, when you use less current in the SMPS. Set it and keep the voltage at full. When you apply load to the output, the voltage will be adjusted according to that load. You cannot take fixed current or fixed voltage from SMPS, you can take only one of the two like I am giving an example. And let me tell you that I have set the SMPS to 12 volts and set the current to 5 amps. The SMPS will keep giving 12 voltage as long as the current is less than 5 amps. As soon as the current is above 5 amps, the voltage will work automatically. I hope you have understood what I said, if you still don't understand then I will make a video about it sometime. Thank you.

      That means.. If I set 14.4v at output of smps for battery charging.. and set current about 4amps...it will continuously charge it at 4amps with maintained 14.4v.... Until the battery reaches 14.4voltage...
      And at that time of charging there is fixed 14.4v with 4amps....

      ⁠​⁠@@SandipDas-ct3dlin ur case the max current will be 4 amp at 14.4 volt, as the battery keep on charging , the current will kepe on decreasing.
