40-50 lbs of gear is a lot of extra weight to be carrying around. Definitely requires a lot of strength & endurance training as you said, & especially core strengthening to be able to do that in real life. 💪

As a former Navy corpsman, yes. Yes, that is a LOT to be actively moving with.
As a combat medic, you get used to carrying a basic infantryman’s load out (min 45lbs) plus your aid kit, weapons and misc drop pouches etc while in full kit (body armor)

As an army vet myself I've worn roughly the same amount of weight in gear...at some point or another it will slow you down, forget all these acrobatics and flips simply jumping becomes more challenging.
He also had the help of a Lazarus Pitt that Enhanced his Capabilities: As of his perfect resurrection by the Lazarus Pit, he no longer ages & regenerates from injuries at a very fast rate, allowing him to perfectly cheat death on several occasions.
The lazarus pit didn't enhance him. That was retconned awhile ago

Jason is and has been my boy since I discovered him properly in 2014 after being away from the DC scene for a while. In all honesty, it was his design. That sleek hood, understated tac gear and moto jacket just. GOD. 🔥🔥🔥

You've done nightwing and jason, would be cool if you did the other Robins. Tim could be a mix of physical and mental training. Damian could be training at a young age. Stephanie could be training for women.

Hello Paris! Red Hood and Nightwings training programs are by far two of my favorite ones that you’ve put out. I love the differences between the two. Do you have any suggestions on how I could mix both of Nightwing and Red Hoods training programs into a 3 day a week plan?

This is very well done. Great job. I saw one gap in the video. For the SEAL style workouts, the guide on the SEAL/SWCC page is just to prepare sailors/civilians for BUD/s specifically and not being an operator. Most active duty operators train like collegiate athletes plus some ruck marches here and there.

Jasona fighting style reminds me of mike Tyson as a boxer he would be relentless through out the first 3 rounds then tire so i imagine he would train similar but better cardio.

Idk if you know, but Jason canonically is heavier than Batman, and Nightwing. Jason is 225 lbs, and 6 ft. (Batman is 210lbs, Nightwing is 175) In media he is usually depicted as a lean character, but he is quite ripped, and heavy. But he is strong enough to carry his bulk.
But his extra bodyweight would also slow him down even further! But that’s some good info thank you!
@@ParisDemers The thing with Jason is that the Lazarus pit phisically changed him. The writing is very inconsistent with this one, but it enhanced his strength, and gave him a very weak healing factor. He doesn't qualify as a metahuman, but strength wise it gives him a slight edge compared to peak humans.

Hey again, friend. Remember that little note I left for you, about Daredevil and his insane level of spatial coordination? Well, thanks to their own insane training, it's actually accurate en lore that the Bat Family's levels of spatial coordination are on superhuman levels. This could help explain why Todd is literally able to fight/shoot/sprint/jump/dodge,dup,duck,dive.....dodge so well, that even the Batman has trouble fighting him at times. They were literally trained to recognize what their bodies were doing at all times, and then trained to capitalize on it. Just another penny in the jar, for ya.

So I've been looking at your Jason Todd program for a while now. It looks really fun! I want to try it once I finish my current cutting phase. Or at leas the muscle and strength portions; training twice a day four days a week might be unrealistic for my schedule.
The only thing I question is that you have the plan training Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Doing three full body strength/hypertrophy workouts seems like it would be really hard to recover from. If you don't mind me asking, what was your thinking behind that?

Uhh, so how to train like Red Hood? I get in description, clicked first link and this video showed up, I mean no 4 day plan I was looking for. Yeah, you've already said what I must do to be like that character, but not exactly.
Maybe I'm blind or something so can't see the right link, but I'm actually interested in training like him, I don't want to become only a Sprinter type, or a Lifter, or a Bodybuilder type of muscular, but I want to become all of them. I don't want to look like I have a huge muscles as if I'm just eating steroids every day, just a normal healthy body to be prepared for any situation might happen. And sorry for English.

If I could train like Redhood I wood better in close to close combat than any Navey Seal. Ofcourse training in gun combat cross btwn. Spetzna, Marine & Green Beret. His hand to hand has to really be in regards to his stature he almost fights like Batman, but a lil like Nightwing. Imagine a muay thai Striker with a kyokushin & Hawain-Shotokan Kempo Karate approach. Lots of hard shots setem-up & breakem-up shots. If he learned to box it would be a style like dempsey to drop big shots hard & fast but be able to take it like Hagler. Wearing his opponant down is a must when you need to. Physical conditioning, powerlifting movements power cleans & presses, Thrusters. SQuats & Deadlifts standing BB Presses, BB powercurls etc. calisthenics. & Gymnastic Calisthenics, Core building exercises with & w/o weights. WRIST & FOREARM WORK with Bicep' tricep, calves & extended knee & tibia extentions, inner leg workouts. After that run, swim & jump rope for hours. Finally swim in neon green pool for revitalization.
