Extra info: my country's education system uses a system wher each grade has a 1st class, 2nd class, 3rd class, 4th class (and so on depending on the number of total students in that grade. Sometimes a school can have so few students in a grade that there's only 2 classes in that grade). The order of class of students depends on their final year exam results. So, 1st class for "smart" people and last class is for people for "dumb" people. Almost in all occasions the last class will always have 100% students whose families are poor/struggling while the upper classes will mostly have students whose family is rich and some that aren't. This is so true here that being in the last class is like a synonym for students with poor family.

this couldnt be farther from the truth. we do not live in a movie. many bully victims kill themselves, become addicted to drugs, or otherwise dont make it out alright most of the time. there are a few that do become successful, but that has nothing to do with who was bullied and who wasnt

I was bullied a little for not being a "cool" kid and not having any fancy clothing, not speaking a lot, being shy, things you'd typically get bullied for. I didn't get bullied a lot from kids at my school, and that was actually better than what else happened in my life. But now I'm a lot less shy, I don't get bullied anymore, and sometimes even appreciated. Especially when I'm paired up with the kids that don't do any work because the teachers could count on me. Never let anybody bully you, no matter the reason. And this is coming from the same person who wouldn't do anything about it. Letting someone bully you is like seeing someone treat you like a pet. It's humiliating and degrading. Always stand up for yourself and have confidence in what you love and do.

I like facial features in general it tells a lot about the people around me, including how they are feeling, what their intentions are(sometimes) and if they might be approachable or not.

I got bullied in 8th grade for being healthy and not following those diets that girls my age did at that time . It was not extreme though as I had amazing friends who supported and protected me . Some of these girls actually got ED and it came to school's notice after 3 months after school started . The School then started arranging sessions with parents discussing about this issue , the bullys got called out and suspended for a week and had to apologise to those whom they bullied in school assembly and all of us students were educated on pros and cons of extreme diets . Everything went back to normal in about a month after this .
This girl really makes me happy bc I would cry when I was walking home from school bc of getting bullied with my forehead and it is one of my biggest insecurities and is one of the reasons ky cofindence is low so I'd like to say thanks 😊

Just tell her you don’t think this therapist isn’t quite working for you, but don’t quit yet! It took me over a year, going through about 5 therapists before I found the right one. Don’t give up, trust me, they help a lot

They make rumors and they’ll do ANYTHING to try to embarrass me and make my life miserable. Everyone thinks they were bullied it's crazy to me... Let me tell you there is a big difference between real bullying and shit stirring, some people do it to help you get thicker skin, other think it will help you by changing yourself, literally there are real reasons for it but we act like every little thing is hate and unacceptable now.... Most of the things people talk about are just kids doing kid shit, as someone who had simply things like this said to them all thru high school there is a difference between what people did to you and real bullying, getting pushed over, hit, spat on, and social isolated are what I consider real bullying and I lived thru that in primary school... I was bullied for having a thick south indian accent as I had just moved abroad after being in my home country until 2nd grade, it wasn't severe & didn't last for long as I learnt better pronounciation naturally, but it did effect my self esteem & hurt me a lot as a child, nowadays I still see the remnants of that wenever I catch myself overly monitoring my speech & grammar or wen I automatically imitate the people I interact with cus that's my internal defence mechanism trying to protect myself from being criticised for speaking the wrong way again, I can't stop myself from doing it, sometimes I don't even realise that I'm doing it, the only good thing that came out of it is that I can easily learn languages & local slangs cus I naturally tend to focus very hard on those....

Bullying sucks and some teachers abused their authority in high school. I endured, survived, and was hurt mentally and emotionally by the end of high school. Never switch school. All the bullies, rejections, skipping all Senior events (including prom and graduation), and never could get a date. Hopefully someday I get to see my own kids go to prom and high school graduation.
People don’t know how horrible it is being bullied. And when you do get older and your still around the people that bullied you they tend to forget why you hate being around them once you’ve got thicker skin from BEING bullied. They don’t realize the damage they’ve done and they never will see how it hurt us so much. To this day I still have somewhat of anger problems when I say something and I get laughed at I completely snap and people are like”it’s not even that serious” After being bullied I’ve always been on a defense mechanism. I'm just so grateful to go to a high school where the majority of everyone is pretty nice, and the people who aren't just want you to stay out of their way. I would say outward bullying just isn't cool here, so people resort to gossip, drama, and backstabbing usually within their own friend groups. It's not perfect, but if you stay with your own clique, It's easy to feel like you fit right in it.
I actually used to be family friends with 2 of my bullies until they and other people turned on me in highschool. Let me tell u tho, they r literally so miserable and sad it kind of makes u feel sorry for them. and I KNOW this because Ive seen their lives close up, (one of them has both parents in jail and is raised by her grandmother and Aunty) and (the other one has the most dysfunctional family that she told me to not tell my mum once when we were hanging out at her house because her mum was bashing her big sister in front of me + she always wants attention….) I’m Alamos done with highschool but If I could do anything differently it would be these 3 things 1. Be as calm as possible when fighting and keep your tone normal, (not only is that better for u but it also pisses them off and makes them embarrassed at themselves) 2. Joke around with them and be kind when possible and if it’s not too late. Sometimes working AROUND these “children” makes them give up or stop 3. Move schools if you can, because it makes life easier and Theo cares if they think they won etc. because I won, because your leaving and your moving on
People underestimate what bullying does. They think it doesn't matter but then the victim of bullying takes their own life or changes schools and the bully realises the impact and that ends up hurting the bully.

You know what sucks even more if you stand up for a friend who is being bullied and then because you stood up for someone being beaten up every single day. (Personal experience)
I was bullied a lot in my early high-school days, specifically I had to face a ton of rejection from the animation fan community for being aromantic. I was called a lot of things, including “not f*cking human,” “lying to myself and making excuses,” etc. My whole time in that part of the community was just plain traumatic and had a severe negative effect on my mental health. In my ongoing recovery, I’ve found that the best way to deal with hate is to surround yourself with people who accept you for who you are instead of people who make you feel bad about yourself.
I never really had bullies (well its my first year in highschool so..but middle school, no) but i remember they teased me because they saw a video of me when i was like 6 or 7 on youtube and its a audition for a commercial. Ngl its embarrasing.

The best solution to bullying is not to attempt to change people’s behavior, but to change your own behavior by ignoring, not caring, or just not giving them attention. With enough practice, you will do it subconsciously and wont even have to try.
As a guy, I suffered a 2-year depression due to being bullied. I had terrible humor those days and everyone hated me for it. I was also the smallest guy and they blocked me completely from being the person I REALLY am😢

The only problem is, is that I feel bad telling my mom because she says she’s 99% sure I have depression cause she can see clear signs of depression and she had it went she was my age and she spent months looking for a therapist
Just tell her you don’t think this therapist isn’t quite working for you, but don’t quit yet! It took me over a year, going through about 5 therapists before I found the right one. Don’t give up, trust me, they help a lot

They make rumors and they’ll do ANYTHING to try to embarrass me and make my life miserable. I was bullied for having a thick south indian accent as I had just moved abroad after being in my home country until 2nd grade, it wasn't severe & didn't last for long as I learnt better pronounciation naturally, but it did effect my self esteem & hurt me a lot as a child, nowadays I still see the remnants of that wenever I catch myself overly monitoring my speech & grammar or wen I automatically imitate the people I interact with cus that's my internal defence mechanism trying to protect myself from being criticised for speaking the wrong way again, I can't stop myself from doing it, sometimes I don't even realise that I'm doing it, the only good thing that came out of it is that I can easily learn languages & local slangs cus I naturally tend to focus very hard on those....

Bullying sucks and some teachers abused their authority in high school.
I endured, survived, and was hurt mentally and emotionally by the end of high school. Never switch school.
All the bullies, rejections, skipping all Senior events (including prom and graduation), and never could get a date.
Hopefully someday I get to see my own kids go to prom and high school graduation.
People don’t know how horrible it is being bullied. And when you do get older and your still around the people that bullied you they tend to forget why you hate being around them once you’ve got thicker skin from BEING bullied. They don’t realize the damage they’ve done and they never will see how it hurt us so much. To this day I still have somewhat of anger problems when I say something and I get laughed at I completely snap and people are like”it’s not even that serious”

I'm just so grateful to go to a high school where the majority of everyone is pretty nice, and the people who aren't just want you to stay out of their way. I would say outward bullying just isn't cool here, so people resort to gossip, drama, and backstabbing usually within their own friend groups. It's not perfect, but if you stay with your own clique, It's easy to feel like you fit right in it.

I actually used to be family friends with 2 of my bullies until they and other people turned on me in highschool.
Let me tell u tho, they r literally so miserable and sad it kind of makes u feel sorry for them. and I KNOW this because Ive seen their lives close up, (one of them has both parents in jail and is raised by her grandmother and Aunty) and (the other one has the most dysfunctional family that she told me to not tell my mum once when we were hanging out at her house because her mum was bashing her big sister in front of me + she always wants attention….)
I’m Alamos done with highschool but If I could do anything differently it would be these 3 things
1. Be as calm as possible when fighting and keep your tone normal, (not only is that better for u but it also pisses them off and makes them embarrassed at themselves)
2. Joke around with them and be kind when possible and if it’s not too late. Sometimes working AROUND these “children” makes them give up or stop
3. Move schools if you can, because it makes life easier and Theo cares if they think they won etc. because I won, because your leaving and your moving on

Best way I dealt with bullies, over my weight, was to say “fatty? Oh well I can’t deny the truth” and it completely disarmed them
Bully’s are just people that take out there own problems and insecurities on others to make them selfs feel better for what there going through

I was bullied a lot in my early high-school days, specifically I had to face a ton of rejection from the animation fan community for being aromantic. I was called a lot of things, including “not f*cking human,” “lying to myself and making excuses,” etc. My whole time in that part of the community was just plain traumatic and had a severe negative effect on my mental health. In my ongoing recovery, I’ve found that the best way to deal with hate is to surround yourself with people who accept you for who you are instead of people who make you feel bad about yourself.

The best solution to bullying is not to attempt to change people’s behavior, but to change your own behavior by ignoring, not caring, or just not giving them attention. With enough practice, you will do it subconsciously and wont even have to try.
As a guy, I suffered a 2-year depression due to being bullied. I had terrible humor those days and everyone hated me for it. I was also the smallest guy and they blocked me completely from being the person I REALLY am😢

I got bullied for having severe social anxiety. Naturally, this only contributed to my problems. I was in my early thirties when I was finally able to attend a social function and not feel nauseated. Thanks bullies.
