I know this may seem like a very simple topic, but there has been a TON of people asking me why Gray Zone Warfare seems so blurry and unclear. Due to that, this video had to come out, just so that I could have a simple way to show them the source of that lack of clarity. If it helped, hit the usual buttons, and thank you all so much for watching. I'm glad to be back :)

I know this a very simple guide, but there has been SO MANY questions about this that I just *had* to make a video about this. Expect more content coming soon with possibly some changes too, not sure. Stay tuned o7
wow i love grayzone and this channel :D
Great explanation on the "postfx" settings!
Nice lets gooooooooooo time to get some thing fixed
DLAA gave me the best settings as far as visuals go (3080) also I had to roll back the latest drivers as I was having issues (game crashing) I was not having before and they vanished when I rolled them back could be just me but thought I would share
I use tsr over anything else. I think it looks the best every now again it will hiccup going into different areas for like a few seconds but then it’s fine
go to nvidia contolpanel, manage 3d settings and add DSR factor 2.25x and set DSR smoothness to youre liking i have mine on 5%.. this will add 1620p resolution "in gzw" and you will gain image clarity back, atleast it does for me at 1080p then FSR wont be as low quality. even on balanced or performance.. because the 3d resolution in gsw will instead upscale from 1080p..
I thing to archive best compromise between visual clarity and performance its setup resolution manually let say around 80%-85% so we will have more sharp image quality like fsr quality (77%) and we will have more fps then native resolution.
I run frame gen on dlss and have no ghosting. I wonder if that’s amd specific issue
so it goes from being a blurry dark mess to a blurry grey mess
No. It goes from being a dark blurry mess to understanding why it's a dark blurry mess with a solution if you have the PC power. Be grateful that somebody has done the legwork to get the game looking nice for you.
polishing a turd still makes it a turd
Potato rigs are like that
@@cptmuzz4085I bet his rig play every game, except GZW, at stable 60
0:46 look at the Forest/Shadows as you change the upscaling method. It completely changes the quality of the shadows. this game has weird settings.
would a 3060 or 3060ti be a high end gpu?? cuz i some how get low frames like 50 or 40
Do DLSS and DLAA. its smooth and above 60. Im on 3060ti and i5 13600k 32gb ram
Its mid-range. The recommended spec for the game is a 3070 Ti right now (so my GPU) for reference.
I've Copied the TARKOV settings from Nvidia Control panel to Grayzone Warfare ...now with DLSS - QUALITY i play with 80FPS on 3070 ... With DLAA Im on 66-70 ... ALL ON LOW from the Quality settings on 1080p !
I prefer to play on 68 FPS than have ton of Imputlag with Frame generator on FSR ... With scopet weapons it have disgusting imput lag so bad .. but with colimators is OK but not with scopes ...from other side DLSS gives u less frames but on scopes it's SMOOTH and no Imput lag ...
Its clear you have not used FG on a 40 series card, it is by far the best implementation of the tech so far in any game.
I am super sensitive to latency difference but there is literally no extra layency or input lag with FG on 40 series cards.
Compare that to cyberpunk for example where its veey noticeable one can appreciate how 😢good it is in GZW.
Therefore i disagree wirh your saying people shouid not use it.
I agree with anything kess than a 40 series but a lot of people do use 40 series cards😊
I upgraded to a 4080 and was surprised how well nvidia's frame generation works. It looks and feels way smoother compared to turning it off
I disagree that a lot of people have 40 series cards
Just get a 40 series and a 2k monitor.
