If this was a woman cooking in the pre-internet era, I would agree. But It's not. This woman literally has EVERY SINGLE piece of cooking information and teaching and tips and instructions and advice and step-by-step IDIOT PROOF cooking at her fingertips, and yet she REFUSES TO USE IT. She clearly has access to the internet, and yet she's not even doing the tiniest little bit to find out how to cook shit correctly, God only knows why. It's so unfathomably stupid. So as far as I'm concerned, no, not poor thing, it's just goddamn idiotic and irritating as all hell that she doesn't just look up how you actually do it correctly when she clearly sees she ISN'T doing it correctly. Like yeah, the roux especially is a perfect example. Personally, I had no idea what the hell that even was until Daz told me what it was. But clearly she knew what it was supposed to look like, and she had the basic instruction on how to make it by mixing flour and butter, and yet despite her even addressing the fact that it's not going correctly and that it wasn't right, she STILL does not look it up to see WHY it's not going correctly and what the right way to make it is. And then she gets bitchy with Daz apparently for criticizing, when I totally get his frustration because it's just so utterly OBTUSE

The thing is, Daz isn't criticising her. He's criticising her cooking and even then, he's giving her tips so that her cooking works better and tastes nicer. He's not being mean, he's actually being kind and trying to help and he's said no end of times that she seems like a really sweet and lovely lady. The dipping meat in flour, then egg, then back into flour or another coating is actually pretty normal (Granted, it's usually fish, and it gets deep fried). If you do it right, it can make an extra crispy outside

I was looking for this comment too! Flour, egg, breadcrumbs is a proper way to dredge food for frying. You really got to flour it first then mix egg with tiny bit of milk then breadcrumbs or cornflakes(or a mix) with seasoning.

I really appreciate the fact that he’s separated the cooking from the actual person for reasons being as they may and kept reminding himself throughout the video that he needs to stay kind because Kay had voiced that she didn’t like how he originally approached it in the other video. Having boundaries is good but when someone acknowledges it and works around the barriers, it’s even better.

People who claim to be professional but don't know what the fuck their doing. And if hes rude to people that absolutely does not deserve it, then I'm sorry. But usually if they know that they're doing, or they're fairly nice and not fucking up so terribly, he's nice to them. Can be harsh because he's used to that. But tries to be respectful.

@@yuki97kira word, when I first started rapping on here I use to get a hater always saying I suck, and although it made me mad, I somewhat agreed with him and used his comment to want to improve so I could "prove this guy wrong" so I kept trying to get better and better every time, now I'm very good because of him
If everyone jus lied and told me I was good when I'm not i would of jus stayed in my comfort zone thinking I'm good enough when I'm not... so honest critism is good.. and if your not man enough to handle it your a weak person
