I believe this guy didn't murder this woman ! He stumbled across her while he was stealing which is totally wrong and should be held accountable for that !! The police saw him and immediately wanted to place blame!! The x boyfriend murdered her !!

I consider myself to be a live court trial junkie. In my opinion, the accused is a car thief, not a killer. I hope he is not railroaded in this case. What happened with the guy in the video in the same area dressed in all black?
When a woman in a predominantly white area is killed, sadly, anyone black or brown will be a suspect, even if you live in that community or are visiting.
If he is found not guilty, I am sure his car thievery days will end.
Remember, when elections are around the corner for sheriffs, judges, etc., and a high-profile case is in the courts, you might be railroaded, even when you are innocent for a vote; sadly, it is the way of our world.
My Condolences to the family of Samantha Woll 🙏

I kind of believe him. Wrong place, wrong time. If I was breaking into cars and came across a dead body, I don't know if I would call the cops either. It seems that all the state has against him is that he was near Samantha's house when her motion sensor was triggered, and he had some of her blood on him/ his clothes. That can all be explained by Samantha crawling outside her house at around the time the motion sensor was triggered and him touching her body, as he described. I just don't think that's enough to convict somebody.
The biggest piece of reasonable doubt for me is the fact that nothing was taken from her house. The state's theory is that this was a robbery gone wrong. But where's the robbery? Yeah, he was breaking into cars. But somebody who's willing to break into cars isn't necessarily willing to murder. He was trying to stay under the radar and not get caught. So why would he murder someone and not take anything from their house? Doesn't make any sense.

he has a lengthy criminal history of theft charges.. none of which involved any violence. each & every one was motivated by the need for financial gain. the only reason he would have hurt this woman is if it was a ‘robbery gone wrong’ but even then, the attack would have happened out of ‘panic’ rather than ‘rage’. the manner of death, her injuries, the violent nature of the actual attack itself etc shows that it was actually quite personal..
he has experience casing out cars & with property theft. he’s already been caught twice.. & that’s only the times he was CAUGHT.
the victim was stabbed in the neck & head.. the amount of blood that would have splattered everywhere would have been a lot more than just ‘some on his jacket’ & ‘a little to wash off his hand’. many people have also mentioned that he would have stolen items from inside the home which i do agree with as well but i haven’t watched the entirety of the trial yet to be able to confidently say that this is a fact..(there was some mention about cartier glasses but i can’t remember if he stole them from the car or from the home..?)
my question is - he said he first saw her laying outside on the street & approached to check if she was okay which is when he touched the body etc. people are saying why didn’t he take things from the home.. how do we know he entered the home, was his dna inside the home? how do we know that she was murdered inside of her home..? Is it possible that she was murdered outside in the street where he said he ‘found her at’? i realise all of these things have probably been discussed in the trial I just haven’t been able to find them all bc of how this has been uploaded.

Out late at night, wearing all black (and gloves), looking for cars to break into, on the same night, same time frame and in the same neighborhood a woman turns up dead AND you find her and “touch” her. Sounds like a one way ticket to prison. And this call where his girl is asking about why the exonerating evidence isn’t being presented...he beats around the bush and says the legal stuff is irrelevant. “This shyt is weird”. “Everythang has to be factual”. She’s beginning to have doubts about old boy and his claims of innocence. He’s been feeding her a line of BS about this and that are getting ready to come out and show I’m not guilty and she’s asking where it is (the exonerating evidence). There is none. And for the defense to play this particular call was a MONUMENTAL mistake.

    I'm a nurse
One time I routinely wanted to take blood from a patient by finger prick, just a tiny amount for blood glucose- it sprayed my (thank goodness) glasses with a thick layer of blood, like 1m high from the table the hand was laying
The other time on top of my head (well, 2 similar occasions actually) a very minor surgery, the small scalpel was placed on the skin and at a depth of not more than 4mm max! blood started spraying out onto the ceiling! and of course everything and everybody that stood around.
I have patients that measure their blood glucose at home by themselves ad they regularly tell me that all of a sudden blood sprayed out high pressure.
Those, I guess, experiences you only make with the living.
Maybe a "examiner"/ "coroner" or whatever should ACTUALLY have gone through medical school and worked on the living before examining the dead?

His girlfriend is as milk toast as it gets. He's pleading his innocence and she just stays silent. I can see her eyes rolling over the phone. She knows the truth. She washed his jacket. She says "I can't even imagine" like she's watching paint dry. He says, "I'm facing 20 to life for being a habitual, that's why i don't do nothing to get in trouble. Don't catch tickets."
Dude you were breaking into cars. You ain't worried about going back to prison. There's never an excuse for leaving a dying or dead human being lying on a sidewalk. And it doesn't happen often. You can call in anonymous. You can knock on someone's door and tell them and keep stepping. You can stay there and try to render aid. And you don't have to encounter any cops. I have come across many dying and dead people. I have a criminal record. I am also a ascetic monk with vows of humility and anonymity. I have done all the above. There's no excuse for leaving her like that. And weapons? At least 90 percent of the people you encounter have a knife of some sort. Usually a small knife or folding knife. To say he didn't have any weapons is just not believable. Especially if breaking into folks cars.
