White connectors? Thay are classic electrical connectors.. you can find them everywhere specialy in electric stores ;)
@@EVCustoms make sure they rated least 20amps for a 1kw controller, TBH block terminals are ugly ,easier and better looking to use butt connectors and heatshrink sleeving

How conect Low Break Cable? And what is does?
Have you low or hi brake wire? If is low brake you must connect it to GND wire to activate the brake (to invert the motor to generator) like that your bike will be brake and generate power to charge the batteries.

I really need your help. I saw your video and was really interesting. Just wanted to ask you a question and you can help me on the waterproof connectors.
What is the difference between the 1 t 4 (8 pin) and 1 t 5 (9 pin) connector.
The brushless motor connector have 3 connectors.
1-# 3 pin for PAS (Pedal assist)
2 -# 9 pin for 3 phase motor and hall sensors.
3 -# 1 t 4 (8 pin) / 1 t 5 (9 pin) this connects the brake, ( left / right) and the display.
There is also a connector for light.
Please help me for the 3 # mentioned connector.
What are the high and low brakes for? And what is that other two wires on a connector after the reverse? you didnt mention what those are for. I have a similar controller and cruise control, reverse, and that other pair of wires not connected. Theres also a black single wire i dont know where it goes.

Is the hall sensor colors standard? I have a controller of my ebike vex vl dafra where I identified that yellow is hall a, green hall b and blue hall c. I'm in doubt about the sensor hall because this bike was made in Brazil. The controller gave a problem and I don't think this part anymore and so I want to adapt another controller.

Im trying to replace my Fiido throttle as it broke, trouble is the Fiido has 4 wires in one connector instead of the 3 in the thumb throttle i want to replace it with, don't know where to go now.

Nice presentation. Can you use that plastic thing to replace XT60 connectors for power from battery to the voltage controller? My connector got burnt and I don't want to solder..
With this connectors you can do your job, but you must be careful... The wire and must have soldering iron on it, and connectors must be very tight.. XT60 is more recommend.

Best connection for power wires is soldering iron... For low resistance on wire connections.

My baserunner controller has a 40V (36) red wire and the other one from the other 6 pin line is a 12v red.
According to my multi meter. ddoes the 40v red attatch to the throttle red|?

how many w can you load such a 36 to 42v hub motor with? it says 250w but if you want the bike to go faster and you have a 12s 16ah battery can you put on a type 500w esc? or what do you recommend?

Hello Michael..This depends from brand of hub motors (quality) i have vehicle with MXUS 250W 36V factory rate overvolted at 48V 16A controller without any problems... if you want more speed and your wheel is more than 26inch make it 12S battery at max 15A controller, if your wheel is 20inch you can pout easily 48V 16-18A comtroller..
I have 28 inch wheels on my bike, the original battery is 36v 11ah.
when I ride with the bike original design, the display shows 500w slightly under heavy load low speed uphill. but over 15-20kmh the power quickly goes down to 250w
if I only run with the original 10s battery do you think the motor could have managed 500w with another esv 10-15a then if the battery can deliver it?
but has built a 42v 16ah for power and longer range. with Panasonic ncr18650bd 3200mAh them that can deliver 10a pieces ..

I would like to ask you why i don 't have the same speed when i turn from forward -backward . Did i connect it wrong? Could I change the phase in order to make the backward have more speed than the forward? In my construction i want the opposite.
You must change phases of your motor... I have one video with phase compilations...

These look the same as the one I have in my scooter. I have some different components though and many things ar enot working properly. So I think I need to replace the controller but it is a huge mess trying to figure out what to do. I have a three speed throttle, with a key to power it, or a remote to power it on and turn an alarm on. But most of that does not work right. IT has normal brakes, front and back, which are connected to lights that only the left brake lights up now. Used to be both. Front headlight also does not light up, which is connected to the main display. The fuse on my battery melts, and I melted a power cord too. I replaced the power cord and it is still melting a little bit and blew another fuse.

You ever have this problem. My three motor connectors are getting so hot that they are melting the rubber coding, they are the type of plugs that they used to use on the old RC car motors. Not so hot that its melting the rubber on the wires just the rubber on the connectors. It's only an 18 amp controller with a 48 volt battery so I'm not running a ton of power to it although the display says I'm pulling over a thousand Watts at times, just wanted to get your thoughts.
I had a problem with my phase wires overheating, so changed to mt60 connectors - they are fab, no more melting as wires are housed separately in the connector.

Hello friend... Charging port?? On controiler? This controller didn't have charging port... Some controllers have charging port with is for NiMh batteries..

You want to say that your throttle have key switch and you want connect it to ignition wires (door lock) but you have only one where yes? if yes it's ok, one wire of your switch will go to door lock and the other one will go to positive terminal or the battery...

I have a scooter that I got in a Uhall bid. The battery had China writing that I did translate most to English with
no help. I got the controller out with a lot of work and it did say 48V. When you have the switch on on the horn,
front light, and turn signals L/R works with led flashing. Just no display the display says Jh-01 and seems you can

@@aniketjanbandhu8664 This depends from the size of hub motor and the inches of rim for which the motor is made. if i have an motor witch is built for a 26 inch 36 volt rim then i can freely load it on a 20 inch wheel and power the motor with 48 volts. For motors below than 1,000 watts I would not recommend making major voltage changes.
