This is great, thank you! Do you have any idea how long the midi baby would last on a 9V battery adapter? I'd like to add one button (already have the dual aux) via midi for a couple more options without adding another power supply I have to plug in.
Hey, this is great. I've got a quick question, I've recently purchased the midibaby 3 and can't seem to get it to connec to the Helix. What does your global settings page look like?
It's been a long time since I had a TC Pedal... and I never had the Gen2 of either of those, but if "mash" is what I think it is, I think you could do a similar momentary thing where you triggered the decay/mix/etc. to increase while you hold the button. There's an option to "Send PRESS messages on falling edge, RELEASE messages on rising edge" so I think you'd need to select that.
Hi, can it be programmed to blink on-time with the tapped tempo? So I can look at the blinking LED and know if I am on the right tempo for the song before starting? :)
I have the same question. I can't figure out how to make it blink using the cc values. I know you can choose tap tempo in the editor and it makes it blink but doesn't send the cc value that the HX needs....
Probably not. This is specific to the Baby. I've talked to Matthew and he's exploring online editors for other products, but that's not available at this time.
WillyKDM Oh, I understand now. I read it as a switch that was 3 feet long. LOL! And yes, I suppose you could, but make no mistake - you can use the MIDI Baby all by itself. I might end up using it in conjunction with my Micro, but I see it as something entirely separate... and simpler.
Thanks so much for posting this. I threw my Midi Baby back in the box I was so frustrated with trying to get it to work right with my HX Stomp.
Thanks for posting! Exactly what I need

Did you ever end up using this to send tap via the multijack?
Does the micro have the same midi baby options?
Hey! Do you know if there any way to setup a CC message to go to the Edit view?
Hi, is there a “mash” setting on line6 stomp that you can set to midi? Like the hof2 or the flashback2 from TC elec.

would this "edit page" where you set all the parameters apply for the dmc3 xl gen3 ? If so, where can I get this edit software or page?

So wouldn’t you be able to just get a 3 foot switch pedal then??
WillyKDM Not sure I understand your question.
crxshdxmmy like there are pedals with 3 foot switches. Couldn’t someone just use that instead?
