Omniscient is all knowing and all seeing, for in order to know all one must also see all, but even if one see's all, he might still not be capable to know all. Therefore all seeing does not have a separate "omni' for it.
Omnipotent is all powerfull wich meaning one could in his infinite power became all knowing and all seeing, and thus, omniscient as well.

16 Shipments in a 18 minute game is absurd. that basically means other than the first minute and the last minute, he had a shipment sending/could be sent the entire game.
Giga Revnak was destroyed by that OP strategy, but the CHAD JulianK dominated it too easily.
I was thinking that the rangers with their mobility and hit and run were a good idea to stop this strategy, but apparently they are not necessary.

Aztecs and Incas have different issues in supremacy and treaty and it's impossible to balance them for both modes. I would rather they nerf some very early bonuses and revert some military nerfs personally speaking
they arent. make canons and goons, that is a big and almost deadly combo, very difficult to kill that as aztec
