Congratulations! 🎈🎊🎉 I’m so happy everything was fine- ie no pre-eclampsia. Is it a cultural or a personal thing that you don’t automatically sleep in the same room with a newborn? You said ‘if’ someone wants to sleep in the room with the baby.
I'm happy for you. Congrats and good luck with everything. I'd just like to point out that sometimes the music is louder than your voice.
A non-stress test is usually just 20 minutes of fetal monitoring with the US and toco monitor to make sure the babies heart rate is reactive (accelerations in heart rate and no decelerations)

Were you not worried of toxoplasmosis with the cat around home?
I'm only an M1 but I think toxo would be pretty unlikely without infectious and/or neurologic symptoms.
That’s why pregnant women are advised to not change cat’s litter as that’s where they would most likely come in contact with that disease
She’s not at risk of getting it unless she cleans the litter box and I’m sure her husband does that, so she should be okay.
