Skeletonics Demo

The name of Skeletonics is hybrid word from "Skeleton" and "Mechanics".
That would extend the movement of a humans arms and legs without the aid of any motors.
The project took 6 months to complete from conception.

This is really cool but I wonder why it is not on the market yet. Also why are the arms so high above the user? It seems more natural use to have them sit at a closer height to the user's shoulders.

Camilo Asturrizaga seems like the mechanical power generated from longer hinges make the weight easier to move, if close it maybe more strenuous to lift.

The arms are higher to give the feelings of piloting a big robot instead of an arm extension. At least that's what I think.
