It’s funny, I watched the vid before reading the description and thought this was the first bike ride in Spain that felt as if you were riding a true bike trail similar to BC. My home mountain bias had me thinking Burke but, as you suggest, somewhere on the Sea to Sky might be the better comparison. Anyway, definitely a different flavour from the alpine adventure huge vert days that were more common of your Spanish vacation.
Very different from the other rides for sure. But the other rides are very different from our backyard, so they are almost preferred!
I've got so many fun memories of this trail, especially that one time I got too sendy at those big rollers at the end, boosted up off one of them and landed on the upside of the next , I still don't know how I didn't break my ankles there😂 Argh now you've got me stoked to ride there again and I'll have to wait until next spring to do so

On this trip did you use Bike Flight, or a similar company, or did you take your bike on your flight with you? Planning a trip to Australia and I'm looking at both options.
Just took it on the flight in a generously borrowed bike bag. Would recommend over a cardboard box, but I've done that too without problems.
