- The OBR 47cc case reed powered Rovan 450 XLT Frankentruck goes to the track to see if the new home made/home anodized camber links can take a beating and survive
🎉 That rig came out bad ass !!! Definitely some nice work !!! That’s a nice rig now !!!
Thanks Big John, the goal is to be able to crash, roll and crash again and keep going. Thanks for checking it out buddy
Launching that beast ! Good show ! camber links looking strong, good job 💥💥🤘
Thanks Addict. This Rovan will get toughened up one way or another. Thanks for checking it out Addict
Nice job Brian. Those links should last a life time. The anodization looks great. 🫶👏
Thanks RC, i'll see what i can break and beef up next. Thanks for checking it out buddy
Awesome ripping and wrenching as always brother!!! 🫡👍🦾🚀💃🏻❤️🔥
Thanks Nb and thanks for checking it out, much appreciated!
Those links and the anodizing look great. Worth the effort it looks. OBR 47CC can be fun with appropriate gearing and tune. Mine isn't the easiest to tune. Good to see ya Brian!
Thanks G Man! The OBR is definitely a different animal than the Taylor's, but Its all good! Thanks for checking it out G Man
Track in the back yard. Great set up. 1/5 scale Wanderland....
Thanks Bluegroove, its a work in progress. Thanks for checking it out
Sweet Gasser!!!!, your Franken Truck is badass, jumps effortlessly
Thanks Joe and seems to roll real well to,lol. Thanks for checking it out
@@RCWalletVacuum Yea, the cart wheel of death can be pri$ey.
hey Brian, the Franken trucks coming along nicely and the anodizing looks great
Thanks for checking it out. I always appreciate your feedback
turnbuckles turned out amazing Brian! Nice and beefy but not over the top! Just right man. The anodizing turned out great as well! lots of work on the anodizing though... but rewarding nonetheless. Man, the OBR is strong when it gets on the pipe!
Hey Todd, what's up my good friend? The OBR reminds me of a highly modified Banshee i used to have. That thing dished out the whiplash when it hit the pipe. Gave me a nice helicopter ride to the ECMC trauma center once. Ahh good times! Thanks for checking it out buddy
Them links turned out really nice....
Thanks Bluegroove! I should have anodized them that beautiful blue you use on your parts
That how we like our roll overs, nice, slow and easy haha. That rig takes the jumps well with the heavy weight. Great job man!..love the purple as well.
Hey Alterd, these vehicles are finally starting to get toughened up so they can stand up to the rigors of my bad driving and live to tell about it,lol. Thanks for checking it out buddy
@@RCWalletVacuum thanks for sharing. Your driving isn’t as bad as mine lol
@@RCWalletVacuum thanks for sharing. Your driving isn’t as bad as mine lol
Great run!! That is a much needed upgrade. The stock buckles are sloppy from end to end! It takes some serious abuse !
It has to be "de-Rovaned" to take the beating, lol. Thanks for checking it out Kyle
Links looks great on car and car holded jumps nicely together 🙂 Did I heard the fire siren at some point? 😮
Thanks Jukka and yes there was a siren going on and ironically enough they weren't coming to rescue me. Thanks for checking it out buddy
It’s alive!!!!!! Truck is beast!!! The links came out great!!! This video definitely helped me decide on getting an OBR engine for my 30 Degree North truck. Also, the shell on your truck is awesome, it reminds me of the Mad Max movie!!! Seeing it rip up and down the grass is crazy!!!!🫡🫡🫡🫡
Thanks Hobbyman! I'm not sure about the smaller OBR power bands, but i can tell you the 47cc reed is a top end oriented engine. Good luck with the 30 Degree North build and make sure you post some video. Thanks for checking it out buddy
@@RCWalletVacuum Thank you, I definitely will!!!🫡🫡🫡🫡
